The gates of this Villa opens onto a piece of paradise, an ancient garden of a noble heritage that has retained its elegance and charm since generations.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, this fully remodeled villa offers 4 suites with full bathroom each and a panoramic views of its stunning gardens with balconies and terraces. The villa features dinning and large living room area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room plenty of parking and more amenities to provide unforgettable memories of your stay in Como.

Whether you’d like a pizza night experience, a private chef, bike rentals, a boat ride around the lake, a seaplane tour, restaurant reservations, or tickets to the opera—we can arrange it all. Just let us know in advance!

The Villa is located in a private garden 10 minutes from the city center and the lake of Como. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes conveniently located close to the villa (walking distance). Please ask us for directions and recommendations!

This is a must stay!

The setting of the Greenhouse is spectacular. The house itself is immaculately appointed, very private and quiet. Perhaps the best part is the owner who is a most gracious host. Can’t wait to return.

Mi sento come a casa (Feels like home)

Our stay at the Greenhouse Villa was perfect to say the least. The house was incredible, beautifully decorated, exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family of seven. The grounds were gorgeous with so much family history. Paolina was the perfect host, she helped us plan a pizza party on the property along with her very own gelato quiz. It was the perfect evening. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future. The Smith Family from Ohio!

Como Visit

Paolina is a wonderful host. She was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants, ferry information and more. She made dinner reservations for us. Her home is absolutely beautiful. She had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at her home.

Magical Lake Como Villa

We had a magical 3 day stay at The Greenhouse Luxury Villa. The property and house exceeded the description and photos. The grounds of the villa were an enchanting place to explore. The Greenhouse had ample room for all 8 guests and the interior decor was as beautiful as it was comfortable. What made our experience beyond anything I've encountered was that the host made us feel like we were family. She shared the history of the property and helped us find the best options to explore Lake Como. I will be returning with my family soon.

Heaven is green after all.

Anna was a lovely host and went to the utmost lengths to make sure we were in heaven. The photos don’t do the villa justice, it is so much more beautiful in reality and surrounded by wonderful gardens. And then the restoration of the villa has been done to such wonderful standards and it is so stylish. We will be back and will stay longer next time. Richard

Beautiful home in nice surroundings.

Beautiful property with a lot of attention to detail and presented immaculately. Host very passionate about the property and local area. Host offered to arrange activities or provide additional services not listed on booking if required (boat rental, delivery of breakfast etc). Excellent bakery only a couple of minutes walk from villa. Town centre approx. 15mins walk away. Gardens very peaceful and very well kept. Would return.
