Short walk to the beach, private heated salt water pool, 5 bedroom 4.5 home

Welcome to our home Burnt and Breezy!

We love the location of our home. It is a quick 5-7 minute walk to the beach access which has never been crowded. We go down in the morning with our wagon and beach chairs and umbrellas and set up a space for us to enjoy for the day. It is an easy walk to go back and forth to the house for lunch or to take a break from the beach and enjoy the pool and then walk back down to enjoy the sunset.

Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are to the left. Alys is about 1 mile and Rosemary Beach is about 2 miles. The Chill Spot is two miles to the right and a fun spot to go hang out and have food. They also have music or other events going on each night. Seaside and Watercolor are about 6 miles from the house.

The Kitchen has a beautiful 6 burner stove and is stocked with all you need to cook a dinner at home. There is a walk-in pantry in the kitchen that houses all of the extra appliances and also has plenty of storage for food and drinks. We also have an extra fridge in garage.

Three Living Spaces:
One is located off of the beautiful chefs kitchen and offers views of the beautiful salt water pool and secluded tree lined yard.
There is another room on the front of the house and we have designated it as a game room/sitting room. We have a game table (the house is stocked with games and playing cards) with seating for four and two cozy reading chairs.
There is also a living space on the second floor that is designated for the kids to enjoy with a large smart tv and gaming system.

1st Floor Bunkroom Twin over Twin with Shared Bathroom All Bunks have a light and plugs with USB Ports

All Bedrooms and 2 Living Spaces have Smart TVs

The Outdoors Space is our favorite part of the home. The pool is beautiful and surrounded by a 6 ft fence and trees on the back. There is room in the fenced yard for the kids to run around and have fun playing some of the games that are provided. There is a dining table that seats 8 and 4 lounge chairs as well as some extra furnished spaces for morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine after a day at the beach.

We have 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas or you are able to rent chairs from beach vendors during your stay. There are toys and boogie boards for the kids to enjoy and a wagon to help carry all you need for your fun day at the beach.

There are 5 bikes (2 mens and 2 women 1 girls) for your use.

We also have stocked a kettlebell, resistances bands and other workout equipment for your use in the garage.
