Njut av de fantastiska stränderna i Floridahandtaget när du semestrar i vår stadshus. Detta är den ultimata reträtten. Stadshuset har tre våningar med otrolig utsikt från våra balkonger vid viken. Denna stadsbostad ligger direkt på stranden !!! Sea Haunts community inkluderar en privat strandpromenad till stranden och en expansiv pool med badtunna.

Koppla av i vårt underbara översta våningen sovrum med king size-säng och privat balkong. Njut av den fantastiska utsikten över vattnet och stranden under dagen och låt ljuden från viken släppa dig att sova på natten. På samma våning finns ett inbjudande andra sovrum med dubbelsäng och delat master-bad.
På bottenvåningen kan du sparka tillbaka med vänner och familj i familjen / matsalen och njuta av användningen av det välutrustade köket. På bottenvåningen ingår ett halvt badrum och en fantastisk balkong med utsikt över viken - utmärkt att koppla av med eftermiddagsdrinkar eller stirra på våra vackra solnedgångar.
På bottenvåningen har vi ett våningssäng (4 sovplatser för max 2 vuxna) med TV, Playstation 2 och ett tredje drottning med sovrum med TV, privat uteplats och delat badrum.

Den här fastigheten ligger på stranden Santa Rosa på motorväg 30A, bara några minuter från restauranger och shopping. Vi är en kort resa från Seaside, Destin och Baytowne Wharf i Sandestin. På 30-A kan du njuta av miles av stenlagda cykelleder för jogging eller cykling som förbinder 30-A-samhällena i Gulf Place, Seaside, Grayton Beach och Rosemary Beach.

Är du en foodie? Du kommer att älska att skapa fantastiska måltider i det välutrustade köket med lokalt fångad färsk fisk och skaldjur (grouper, röd snapper, Gulf räkor). Du kan få alla dessa på Goatfeathers fiskmarknad. Vi har ett gemensamt grillområde nära poolen.

Great location for multi family vacay!

The host was great and the property was perfect. The beach was just steps away and never too crowded. Great location to walk to multiple restaurants and shops.

The entire family for a beach vacation

Great property right at the beach. Everyone loved it. Easy walk to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and other restaurants. Couldn’t be happier dealing with and getting answers to our questions from our host, Lisa Gable. Best family vacation, hands down.

Such a great week!

We loved the location of this property and the kids enjoyed the pool! It’s nice to be right on the beach and not have to haul all the beach items and beach gear very far! The townhouse was very nice! Comfy beds, too!

Great Location

Property was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and having extra beach chairs and toys available was a plus. The owner has sent a beautiful charcuterie board upon arrival that was a very nice touch. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for a family or group of friends looking for an awesome beach trip.

Great property

Santa Rosa is a great area and the property is in a great location. We would definitely stay at the property again. We had an issue with the cleaning crew which was out of the owners control, but she was very accommodating with us with a late check out to make up for it. We had great communication with the owner throughout the process and would recommend any property she had.

Boardwalk right out the back door!

This 3 story condo is all about the beautiful views from the two balconies and the pristine beach being mere steps out the back door. Very clean and comfortable with simple neutral furnishings. The ground floor bedroom and bunk bed bedroom aren't quite as cheery as the upper floors, but we were a couple and didn't use those rooms, so that didn't impact us. The balcony off the master bedroom was delightful and we loved our breakfasts on the balcony off the kitchen/living room area. We loved our stay here.

Amazing!!

Everything was amazing. Lisa was incredible to work with. The views from the second floor balcony and master bedroom were incredible for early morning sunrises or early evening sunsets. The townhome was equipped with everything we needed, and the kids really enjoyed the box full of beach toys! The local shops/eats were within walking distance including an amazing ice cream shop! The small community is quiet, and we really did feel secluded, but still near everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future with our family.

Great Condo on the Beach

First if we are going to the beach - I want to stay ON the beach! This condo led right to the foot path and over a dune and you were on Santa Rosa beach. That was great! We spent spring break with 5 adults and 4 teen girls here and it was fine. aside from 2 full bathrooms - which, with girls, there is bound to be some issues - this condo was perfect. It was walkable to Shunk's Galley and the shopping right there and about 10 minutes from Seaside. I would say it wasn't luxury - but it was nice, and comfortable. What you would expect for a beach property. They had a bunch of chairs so that was nice - we didn't have to rent - but you could if you wanted to. Like the gated access and the fact that there was a pool because we had 2 red flag days at the beach and the kids could still swim. overall, really nice place and stay - would stay there again for sure! Location is amazing for the beach towns there! Thanks owners! It was lovely!

Wonderful location

The townhome is located on a private beach within a gated community. The home is on three levels with panoramic views from the top two decks. There is an eating area on the middle deck. House is very well equipped and there are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys which is an added bonus. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well equipped. There is a community pool and hot tub very close. The home is almost on the beach - a very short walk (1min) down some steps to the sand. A short walk along the beach to a couple of great restaurants and shops. Seaside is about a 10 minute drive and worth the visit. Enjoy the food trucks! Rosemary also worth a visit but we were much happier to be at Santa Rosa where the beach was less crowded and the vibe more laid back! We rented bikes but probably wouldn't repeat as its mainly along the side of the mainroad! Easy to get supplies from Publix or Walmart which are about 10 minutes away. The beach is gorgeous - calm and clear water most of the time and despite a hurricane about 400 miles away we were able to sit on the beach every day! Kids met lots of other kids on the beach. Some of our family flew into Panama City and took an Uber which was very convenient! The Uber even picked them up at 5am for an early flight and was around $55. Recommend taking some beach shade-umbrella or portable Cabana and a cooler! We saw some people with wagons but they had to be carried down about 10 steps.

Sea haunts 3D was amazing

Being on the beach was incredible. We could have left our beach stuff at home as there was umbrellas, chairs, boards and lots of toys but we weren’t 100% so we took it. House was clean and stocked to the gills with supplies. Owners were very responsive with a couple parking issues but arranged for us to park at another unit. Being able to hit the private beach and run to the house for lunch then hit the beach again was great. My only real complaint is the lack of BBQ grills. The pool has some by it but it’s not overly convenient to carry everything across the parking lot and then carry it back. It would be great if all the sea haunt units could get together and build some sort of covered area for cooking and dining but it didn’t hinder our trip, we just ate out more which can be costly and difficult with 6 kids in our group. There are a lot of restaurants nearby but for families, I would recommend driving 7-10 miles to 98 and finding more kid/cost friendly options.
