Perfect weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. It was very clean on arrival, everything was even better than advertised. Lana has so many nice touches for travelers little extras that so many places don’t provide. We loved the backyard and spent a lot of time out there and the beach is just a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable and while being a smaller place there was plenty of room for us to visit with our daughter and her boyfriend that live close by. I couldn’t have asked for easier communication from a host. Lana was very kind and let us know, without being asked, that we could check in early, made sure we were aware of bad weather coming our way and checked to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. We truly enjoyed the home and felt very comfortable there.

Perfect Beach Cottage

This house was adorable, close to the beach and was so perfectly stocked with everything you could ever need for a beach vacation. The house was updated, very clean, had very nice fenced in backyard with a patio and outdoor furniture. We are hoping to visit again next year.

L & L beach cottage

We had a great stay here. The house was supplied with tons of kitchen and bathroom extras. The back yard is fully fenced-in for dogs to run freely on the greenest grass on the street. We enjoyed the location too.

Wonderful cottage!

My husband and i went for a short getaway after Christmas with our pups. Wonderful location with very well stocked kitchen and baths. Clean and comfortable. Great fenced backyard and nice screened porch. Will definitely be going back. Beach only 2 blocks away. Loved it!!

Sweet spot!

Enjoyed our stay and the host was great. Location is in a good area and has two close beach access points. Also close to all the places we visit on 30A. 15-20 min drive for us in August. Highly recommend and will return. Pet friendly also.

AMAZING!!!

The location of the house was convenient for us to walk to and from the beach. The house was clean and tidy and stocked with items that we possibly needed for our stay. The beds were super comfy. I would recommend this host and house to all my family and friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely fantastic house

This property was everything claimed and more. My puppy lived the enclosed backyard and i lived the enclosed front screen porch. The herb and vegetable garden was very helpful also. Only 5 min. To beach and a great breakfast place the Sunnyside Grill. A must stay on next vacation.

Great House Great Location

My wife and I stayed at this house for over a week to attend Gulf Coast Jam and enjoy Panama City Beach. This was our second time to PCB so we are familiar with the area. We love the location of this house because it’s on the quiet ( West ) end, where the beaches aren’t too crowded. We were very happy that the house is only a short walk away from the beach. The house itself is awesome. Very clean and one of the most well equipped houses we have ever stayed at. The owners have thought of everything! We also enjoyed the screened in front porch, the back patio area, and the fenced in yard for our dogs was perfect for us. My wife and I both worked a couple of days and the internet speed handled it without issue. The communication from the owners was awesome. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at!

Perfect cottage for family of 4 with our pup

This cottage is absolutely perfect, well furnished and a great space to relax. It was a perfect place to have our pup join us and a great outdoor space for us and her. Everything we needed was provided and all I had to worry about was food and clothes. The walk to the beach was easy and short. We will definitely rent again when we return.

Comfort

A comfortable, clean & well stocked cottage. Beautiful fenced in back yard perfect for hanging out with our dog. Location was great. Only 5 min walk to beach with easy access. Close to grocery, restaurants & shopping. Owners are extremely kind! Highly recommend this cottage.

The Perfect Beach Cottage with the Ultimate Hosts

I've had fantastic hosts renting through VRBO over the years. But none have quite compared to Lana and Lynn!! They went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I, along with our dog, Boomer, had the perfect trip! First of all, they granted us an early check-in without our even having to ask. That was HUGE because it basically allowed us the better part of another whole day to enjoy in PCB! The cottage was perfect in every way. It smelled so good when we first walked in the door. Even the towels and wash cloths they provided smelled so fresh and clean. We slept in the back bedroom on one of the two king-sized beds. It was SO comfortable that it was tough to get out of......even for an avid early morning fisherman like me!! The living room and kitchen were both stocked with extras that I have never seen in another rental unit. There was even a Victrola record player in the living room that we used to spin a 33 RPM "Skynyrd Live" record while I grilled Tripletail and chicken in the fenced-in back yard! All in all, it was an amazing stay that was over way too soon! And all of this came with only a five-minute stroll to the beach's sugar white sands. I would highly recommend Lana and Lynn's Beach Cottage. And I cannot wait to make a return trip there next year! John, Leigh and Boomer Durden

Great property, great vacation!

This cottage was just what we needed for the family vacation this year. A short walk to the beach, and the wagon provided was such a help getting our beach items there. No sand in the car this year! The cottage had everything we needed and more. The location on the west end is always a great choice for quiet, relaxing family time. The beach access nearby was easy to get to and not overly crowded for our August stay. Lana, the owner, went above and beyond to check on us during the stay, verify safe travels arriving and departing, and was even able to offer both an early check in AND late check out. We felt so blessed. Definitely enjoyed ourselves, the property and the amazing PCB beach and weather. Already can’t want to come back next year!

Perfect beach house

My husband and 2 kids (11 and 13) stayed here for the first time this year. We had amazing time! The house was only about a 5 min walk to a quiet beach. The house had everything we needed. The king sized beds were super comfortable! The location is in a quiet part of PCB, but you are only about a 15 min drive away from all the shopping, restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beach break

Loved this beach cottage. Everything was so clean and comfortable and loved the decor. Enjoyed sitting on the screened front porch. The neighbors walking by or riding in their golf carts were so friendly. The fenced-in back yard was great and allowed the pups to run and play safely. I wish I had booked the whole week. I look forward to staying here again soon.
