This adorable 750 sq. ft. ground floor condo is located on the beaches of Okaloosa Island and is excellent for small families and couples' getaways.

Bright open spaces invite you to relax, have fun, and explore the coastal life! Take some time to unwind on the private patio that is just literally steps away from the pool access and the beach. The bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and access to the private patio. Additionally, it has a private vanity and access to the full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen! We provide our guests with 5-star linens and towels. For your convenience, there is a fantastic coin-operated laundry facility on the second floor by the East elevator! Also provided for our guests is one reserved parking spot.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
