Kom och bo på Seaside Escape i Emerald Isle-komplexet! Strandservice av ett paraply och två stolar ingår i hyran. Detta är en nyrenoverad bottenvåningsenhet. Hela komplexet har också haft en makeover! Enheten ligger några steg från stranden vid stranden och den vita sockersandstranden med smaragdgröna vatten. Befälhavaren svit har en ny king size-säng, platt-TV, takfläkt och separat omklädningsrum med handfat. Det intilliggande badrummet har en duschkabin och separat fåfänga. Köket har alla nya skåp, bänkskivor, apparater. Köket är fullt utrustat med redskap, tallrikar, koppar, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, Kuerig, mixer, matprocessor etc. Det finns en trevlig uteplats att koppla av på och höra havets vågor. Det finns en reserverad parkeringsplats för denna enhet. Anläggningen erbjuder två hissar, tvättmaskiner och torktumlare, ett stort utomhusdäck, poolbord och stolar, utomhusgrillar och tennisbanor. En rulle toalettpapper, handtvål och 3 diskmaskinflikar finns.

Fort Walton erbjuder shopping, restauranger, konst, nattliv och året runt evenemang i vattenparken. Utforska Indian Temple Mound Museum i centrala Fort Walton Beach. Delfinur, fisk eller se en hisnande solnedgång från Okaloosa Island Pier. Njut av en middag vid stranden vid strandpromenaden i Okaloosa Island. Det finns många aktiviteter och äventyr som väntar!

Best place we stayed yet

We book almost every year in the destin/ft walton area and this place by far is the best for the price. I cannot complain about anything.

Good pool and beach access

Great pool, easy access to beach with chair and umbrella set up provided. Kitchen is well stocked. Fridge door was broken upon arrival and owners knew before we got there- this was our only nuisance. King bed is comfortable. The pull out couch is fine for young kids- could use more blankets. The washer dryer was close- right off the elevator and it takes a credit card swipe to get going. Alicia is very nice and quick to respond.

Great

We stayed for a week at this property. Very clean, close to the pool and beach. The condo is ground floor, and parking is around the back side. We did use the laundry which took credit cards. This property was full of families which was wonderful to see. We used the chair service. It includes, 2 chairs and umbrella. Extra chair is $18. Bring money down to the beach for the ice cream cart! We enjoyed everything about our stay. Alicia was SO helpful, understanding and kind when we ran into a “bump” while we stayed there. She did everything she could to help us out. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We hope to visit again soon.

Beach Get-a-way

This property was exactly as pictured and described. Comfortable and supplied everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and beach access was a breeze. Free chair rental on the beach was a definite plus. Owners were so easy to work with and even allowed us to change our dates by a couple of days. The only thing I missed was an ocean view, however, we did not have to use the elevator!!

Excellent Beach Rental for a Family of 4

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for a family of 4 - very close to the pool and beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kids (4 and 6 years) slept well on the pull out couch. We had everything we needed.

Perfect for a couple

This worked great for us for a beach getaway. It was clean and convenient one bedroom condo. Although no beach view it was a short distance to the included beach service set up which was wonderful. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. Everyone we met staying in the building was very friendly. Short walk to the beach, literally steps away. My wife and I walked 11 miles one day on the beach and ended the night witnessing a shark being caught and released just down the shore by the base. Made my vacation complete as I'm a shark fanatic. The location to me was perfect as it's much quieter on Fort Walton than Destin. To get to Destin which was less than 15 miles, took 45 mins to get there with traffic. Plenty of great places to eat where we were. Overall if say this was the best vacation we've had in ahile and the property was the finishing touch. Alicia was great!

Adorable cozy condo

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable. Great bathroom with extra sink and vanity outside shower area. The owner was extra nice and communicated well with us. Thumbs up all the way!!

My getaway

The view was not what I expected seeing the building facing the beach in the picture assumed my room would face that way. Turns out had a 6 foot privacy fence 15 feet from my back porch to stare at. Killed 8 roaches in the first 24 hours there. The place was nicely decorated and clean. Short walk around the building and was on the beach overall it was enjoyable trip.

Enjoyed it!

Condo was very clean, bed was comfortable and A/C worked perfectly. We didn’t hear any loud noises from neighbors. 1st floor unit so was easy access. Only negatives I would say are the parking spot was a bit challenging to get in and out of and there is no laundry set up in condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Greatest Getaway

We absolutely love staying here! We come back every year and it’s just as wonderful. Nice pool, bathroom by the pool, super short walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs. This place is amazing and we are so thankful we found it!

Best stay ever

The communication and willingness to work with me was beyond anywhere I have ever stayed!! Condo was so nice and relaxing. I have never seen a kitchen in a condo so we’ll stocked. It had everything cooking utensil and dishes you could want. We packed so much because most don’t have that but this one did. It was only steps from pool and short walk to beach. It even had games and beach toys. This is where I want to stay every time I come back. Highly recommended!

Nice place

We had an amazing time and the room was great. It was good to have a set of chairs and umbrella for you everyday waiting at the beach at no extra cost. Room had everything you needed to cook if you so desire to. We will be visiting again in the further.

Much needed family vacation

We haven't taken a family vacation in years! This was what we needed! The condo was perfect! The pool is less than100 steps away(my youngest counted) the beach is just a few steps passed the pool. We all slept so good! My husband said it's the best sleep he had away from him own bed. The condo is very quiet and safe. Most food place we had to drive to, which is OK but we do like to just be able to walk. Very clean, had everything we needed. We would stay again

I have absolutely zero complaints!! Clean welcoming comfortable!!! I loved it. We did not have a beach view but that was told upfront, many listings are deceiving this one was perfect. Would come back over and over again!!

Wonderful beach getaway!

Overall a wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book this location again! The room was clean and nicely decorated with a lot of little touches that made it more comfortable (large TV in the main room), dark shades on windows, second sink outside of the bathroom for getting ready). The location was great - the beach was just past the pool (and I loved the pool overlooking the ocean), and being able to use chairs and an umbrella was a real perk. I do wish the patio had a view and the unit was on a higher floor, but I knew those things going in and there is nothing wrong with where it is located - just not my personal preference.

My name is Alicia Lee Mateja. My Mom, Janet Lee, fulfilled her dream of buying a place on the beach in 2015. She passed away in 2021 and left the condo to our family. Below is a bit of the story in her words. She loved entertaining and hosting people in her home and condo. Know you have a special angel watching over you when you stay at our little piece of paradise! We hope you enjoy it.

My name is Janet Lee. I am now 72 years old and for my 70th Birthday, through a blessing from God, I was able to purchase Seaside Escape. I enjoyed it for a while as it was (with peach-colored cabinets), then in the summer of 2016, I totally renovated the condo. I love it and hope you will too! 2017 was my 1st season of rentals, and the reviews seem to say it is a great place to stay. Thanks to all of you who enjoyed your summer stay.
