Live like a local during your stay in this comfortable shotgun home. Originally built in 1950, this home is located on one side of a double home and includes keyless entry and hardwood floors throughout most rooms. Located just minutes away from all major attractions, you'll be just minutes away from the French Quarter, City Park, Jazz Fest, the Superdome, Smoothie King Center, the West Bank, and Lakefront.
The bedroom includes a plush Queen bed, ceiling fan, an air conditioner/heater window unit, spacious dresser and closet, and a flat screen television with a Roku streaming device and antenna. If additional sleep space is needed, the sofa in the living room folds down into a bed and there's an additional ottoman that converts to a twin-size bed.
Prepare your own meals or reheat some of the world-renowned New Orleans cuisine in the full-kitchen, complete with a gas stove, full-sized fridge, microwave, and toaster. There is also a small table to use as either a prep space or an eating area.
Refresh and relax in the bathroom that includes the original clawfoot tub that was originally installed in the room.

You'll love the location. In walking distance to the Jazz Fest and just a few minutes away from local sights and sounds. Visit City Park, where you'll find both the Louisiana Children's Museum and the New Orleans Museum of Art, or stop over at Armstrong Park, where you can observe unique sculptures that pay homage to local history.
