Fantastic value for money

This place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The house is beautiful, incredibly spacious, and perfect for a family or large group. The game room was a huge hit—there was something for everyone—and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day exploring Yosemite. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and having multiple living spaces made it easy for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Yosemite and Oakhurst while still giving you that peaceful mountain getaway feeling. The hosts were wonderful—responsive, organized, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have a great experience. Honestly, this is one of those places that exceeds the expectations set by the listing. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. **Highly, highly recommended!**

The amenities are on point, there were even 2 extra cookers. The host responded quickly and was helpful. I just wish the neighbors were a bit more friendly.

Fathers day weekend and Yostemite house

Very nicely renovated property, we had a great time, Steve was available to answer, instructions and welcome email were very helpful and precise.

Perfect Home!

We came up with about 11 people to celebrate our friend's upcoming wedding. It was the perfect place to cook together, play games, and of course venture into the park. The kitchen is really well-stocked with appliances, beds super comfortable, incredibly clean when we arrived. This home is clearly very well-cared for — i wouldn't be surprised if we come back!

Refrigerator never got cold enough/ ice maker no working, garbage/ dumpster started off full, water pressure week, grounds and home needed work, a little pricy for the value.

The house has character. It’s old and in need of maintenance. If anything needs attention right away, the property management will fix it. They were great!The Sunroom is ideal for breakfast. Too hot later in the day. Fan was dirty. I was afraid to turn it on. Not all windows opened. Hot tub & fire pit were great.Kitchen faucet leaks bad so you have to keep a towel around it or the water comes out under the sink. Floor mats are really dirty. The air conditioning is not even. Some rooms don’t get air, other rooms are cool. Fans are available.The main level shower water pressure is almost unusable.The upstairs shower door doesn’t latch easily so water is on the floor. The other shower/tub is great. The toilet upstairs doesn’t flush well. If you need a “#2” option, choose wisely. The detached area is great. Game room is fun. Extra fridge is nice! Bedroom is cool. The bathroom is difficult because there is only a bathtub and the sides of the tub are tall so it’s hard to get in and out. There is a hand wand shower but the shower curtain doesn’t go completely around the tub so water goes everywhere. Some rooms have sheer panels so nothing to keep out the sun.Trash bin out front was full when we arrived on Saturday. Trash pick up was on Friday. We called and asked for extra toilet paper and they were quick to respond and provide more, which was nice!Nothing was a show stopper and we enjoyed our stay. Great location. 25 min to Bass Lake, 2 hrs to Yosemite Valley.

The place was spacious and easy to find. Had good amenities. About 10 mins from Oakhurst, 40 mins from Mariposa Grove, and 1.5 hrs from Yosemite Valley. The house is on the older side so there were a few maintenance issues that were inconvenient, however, the host responded quickly and fixed what they could. The microwave wasn't working and they brought a new one the next day. There was no propane and they provided a fresh tank. The main fridge broke but they were able to provide another one.
