Denna nybyggda pensionär (i slutet av 2015) ligger bakom min bostad och har ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng. betonggolv uppvärmd i kök & bad; utanför gatuparkering; tvättmaskin torktumlare; ett badrum med duschkabin och bänkskiva i granit; massor av garderobsutrymme; luftkonditionering; ett fullt utrustat kök, bänkskiva i granit, men utan diskmaskin; DirecTV; WiFi; DVD-spelare; böcker, spel etc. Detta hem var ett år långt kärleksarbete inredda med allt du vill eller behöver i en semesteruthyrning. Eftersom jag bor på samma fastighet är jag tillgänglig för att på något sätt hjälpa till att göra ditt besök roligare. Du är välkommen att använda cyklar, grillen och eldstaden eller sitta i sittplatsen i trädgården och njuta av naturen. Allt är nytt i detta förtjusande 50-tals retroinredda roliga utrymme. Gå till centrum på 20 minuter eller till Municipal Park och Greenbelt på 5 minuter. Nära Botanical Gardens, Boise State University, St. Luke's & VA-sjukhus, och alla Boise har att erbjuda.

Det perfekta stället att smyga bort för en helg, vara värd utanför stanbesökare, värdfamiljens återföreningsgäster eller stanna medan du gör ett ombyggnadsprojekt hemma.

I must say, this property exceeded our expectations. It was quaint, comfortable, and offered ample space for clothes and accessories. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom had all the necessities. Best of all, there was a washer and dryer right in the pensione.The location couldn't have been better for us. It is situated near most attractions in Boise, making it incredibly convenient. Dorothy provided bikes for us, which was a lovely touch, as the Greenbelt and bike paths are all nearby. Biking around turned out to be the best way to explore the area.As for the hostess, Dorothy is simply exceptional. She is a kind and sweet soul who goes out of her way to ensure you have everything you need and that you enjoy your stay. Without a doubt, when we return to Boise, this will be our go-to place to stay again.

Loved this place. Location was great…we walked everywhere. Sitting in the garden enjoying tea in the morning and wine in the evening was awesome. This place has everything you need and more. A little dusty, but we loved it nonetheless.

Fantastic location

Wonderful, private cottage in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Boise. Just a 5 minute walk to the Roosevelt Market. Market is great for coffee, sandwiches, soft serve ice cream and take & bake dinner options. Private entrance and off street parking. Comfortable and cozy. Beautiful back yard.

Great Boise Location

Dorothy does a wonderful job with communication & making sure you’re taken care of before you even arrive. The vrbo is warm, cozy, & has everything you need for your stay. Great place

This property is wonderful for a two person stay. Everything you need is included and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. It is very attractive and the neighborhood is great for walking.

East end privacy and comfort

Great cozy but roomy well equipped and comfortable place. Lot of great shops and restaurants with just 30-40 min walk. Will beg to stay there again in the future.

Perfect for us!

Wonderful tiny house in the East End of Boise. Very clean! Very close to family that we were visiting while in Boise. House has full sized refrigerator and stove. All the dishes and pots and pans that we needed for breakfast and packing a lunch. Very comfortable bed! Full sized washer and dryer. Owner met us when we arrived and answered any questions we had. This was just what we were looking for!

Great stay!

Great place to stay. Close enough to downtown, but in an adorable neighborhood. A cozy cottage, just the perfect size for my husband and I to stay while visiting our son who attends BSU. Had all amenities a vacation rental should have. Dorothy is a great host and we hope to be back!

Perfect spot for our trip to Boise

The property is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It is located in the historic East End which was perfect for the family research we were doing. We lacked nothing and even enjoyed a bottle of wine provided by Dorothy. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect with my stay. Dorothy was an amazing host and super thoughtful. I would recommend this to anyone looking to experience Boise. You are so close to the city and trails. Even walking around this beautiful neighborhood was perfect. I definitely plan on returning.

Dorothy Ann Snowball är värd

I grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Idaho in the late 70's. Attended John Burroughs Junior High, Fairfax High, University of Colorado and graduated with a degree in accounting from Woodbury University in Los Angeles. Started my career with Touche, Ross (now Deloitte) and I am still a practicing CPA. My three children and three of four grandchildren all live here in Boise.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I have lived in my current home for 27+ years and have owned numerous rental properties for the same number of years. With the trend in "little houses" I thought it might be fun to make use of my backyard and build a little rental property. Traveling around the world I have often stayed in B&B's and enjoyed the atmosphere so very different from a hotel. In addition when we remodeled my residence several years ago I found it very difficult to find a short term rental and feel there is a market for this type of rental.

My reason to locate to Boise's East End is that it has wider streets but is a quiet neighborhood close to everything that I enjoy and all the neighbors are friendly.
