To find the house at Playa Ballenas, take the first street on the left after the residence Don Cesar (small sign noted LAS PLAYAS indicative)
At the end of the street, turn left (sign Las playas indicative) and the residence Las Playas at the bottom right.

-Like the grand majority of the properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity has an extra cost but you are offered 10kwh per day. Any excedent will charged during check out.
It's price is 15dop/kwh.
A picture of the electric counter will be taken at your arrival and at your departure.
This way, your consumption will be calculated and you can pay directly in cash to your host while checking out.
We recommend you to have a little bit of pesos in cash for your check out.
A receipt will be given to you.
