Summary:

Brand New Construction in a great part of town!! Walk to many Bars and restaurants!



The Space:

This home is brand new, newly furnished, four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. Every item in the house is brand new.

Each of the 4 bedrooms features beds ranging from single to king. There are additional sleeping options in the spacious living room. Located in Hillsboro village!



There are 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. In addition to the huge walk in shower, there’s a huge double vanity perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town!



The welcoming tall ceilings and abundance of natural light, along with super spacious open floor plans, will help your group feel the perfect balance of privacy and community with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area features comfortable bar stool seating!



We have a large flat screen TV in the living room.



Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Ordering in is easy, from any of the tons of nearby restaurants.



Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Great home in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and boutiques

Our recent stay at this nice, clean home was wonderful. The place was extremely clean (up-to-date house), in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Vanderbilt University. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and cute shops, as well. The unit had a garage and additional parking space, and the four levels offered privacy if desired. The host was extremely responsive with any questions we had, and was very prompt and professional. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Nashville

Stayed for about a week. The property was as described - nice place close to Vanderbilt. The neighborhood was nice and seemed safe. There is an area nearby with several restaurants (believe it is called Hillsboro) and it's not far to the mall at Green Hills. It's worth noting - there are a lot of stairs as it's vertically 4 floors (with the garage and one bedroom on the ground level and the main kitchen/living one floor up). It was fine for us - but would be a lot if you had mobility issues. The bedroom on the very top level is quite nice, but there is no door on that room. The small decks are great. It is a very quick Uber to downtown or any of the main tourist destinations We really enjoyed our stay and certainly recommend it.

Great get away

Perfect sized house for a larger group of friends. Located in a great town within walking/riding distance from local restaurants and downtown Nashville. Felt very safe and secure, would book again!

Wedding trip to Nashville!

We traveled in for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations are exactly how they are presented online and it was immaculately clean and well appointed. I wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor decks but we did when we could. Thank you so much for hosting us! We will definitely stay again!
