Luxury property offering 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, sleeps up to 33. Spectacular new, spacious and luxury house offering 10 bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms. Which makes this house very unique on the market is that 7 of the 10 bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms!. It offers great outdoor terrace and patio , big backyard with beautiful lawn and landscaping. Completely equipped grill area and private pool .IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BOOK: This is not a party house. Our neighbors are awesome families that have lived in this complex for many years, let’s keep them happy. No parties or events, No smoking allowed inside the house. Noise levels must be minimal past 10:00 pm. Good vibes only. We want to rent the house just to families , no party crowds or loud music by the pool! During the pandemic please have in mind that visitors will not be allowed on the property. Only registered guests. NOT BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES/NO PARTY GROUPS

It offers great outdoor terrace and patio, big backyard with beautiful lawn and landscaping, equipped grill area and private pool .




This is a fully air conditioned home with a large private pool 40' x 15', located in a gated private community with 24hrs security, tennis courts, basketball and playgrounds.

(3 ) Master suites with king size beds and private bathroom with jet shower, walking closet and 50" TV , (4) Suites with double queen size beds rooms with private bathroom and walking closet.

(2) 4 twins bed rooms and

(1) One Full size bed and one twin size bedroom.

Fully a/c, sleeping comfortably 33 .

The villa has a nice sitting/dining room leading out to the pool and spacious patio for al- fresco eating. Living Room is fitted with a flat screen 65" TV , Free NETFLIX and wi-fi . Just renovated kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances, 2 large fridges/freezers & dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Great backyard with ping pong table and grill area .

Luquillo beach is 5 min. driving and the Rainforest is just 15 min. driving.

The location of this place is SO prime. Truly within 10-30 minutes of anywhere you would ever want to go. The house is amazing, so much room, the main area is so great for groups.

This house was huge and even with a family of 25 people (adults and children) it never felt crowded. The pool was the highlight! the deepest was about 10ft and the shallow end was great for the little kids. The host and property manager were quick with responses with the issues I had with the gate access and on of the AC units leaking. The air conditioning in this house was GREAT! we were never hot and all rooms have their own AC system and the leaking AC was fixed the next morning. My family and I really enjoyed this property and would definitely return.

The real test of any experience is "Would you pay to do it again?" Absolutely yes. We had 10 adults and 9 children at this home and it was very spacious and accomodating. The property people took good care of us and responded to issues quickly. The only thing keeping this from being a five star rating is the hot water heater was undersized for so many bathrooms. Very clean pool and it was serviced twice while we were there. Turned out to be a good place to take family photos with diverse backgrounds in the backyard. All in all very good experience. Wish we could give half stars - 4.5.

Family Vacation

We generally take a family vacation every 2 years with my kids and their families. This year there were 17 of us. The amenities were wonderful. Everything was very clean and tidy. The whole family had areas to enjoy separately while it was large enough to allow us to all get together. We had issues with the water level of the pool being low and lack of sufficient hot water on the second day. They responded in a few hours after a quick call to the host and the problems were fixed completely. Location was perfect, close to the attractions we desired to see. We all agreed this was our favorite place to stay.

Great Family Vacation

My wife and I hosted a family vacation to celebrate a golden birthday. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and we were not disappointed. The house was amazing and hosted all 21 of us wonderfully, our 4 adult children and their families. The pool was a big hit with the 11 grandchildren and the grounds were plenty big for them to play and run around. We could do without the roosters that wandered over a bit early every morning but by the end of the week we were used to them. The location was excellent, 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the rain forest. The location, a quiet peaceful neighborhood in a gated community, was just right for our group. Ricky and Carlos were the best in every way, little things at the house were quickly addressed and their helpfulness in shopping, restaurants and sightseeing advice were great.
