Everything I needed

Stayed here for work. Wasn't in the property much. Had everything I needed for my stay. Bed was comfortable, and amenities were good. Anything else I needed the property owner was quick to respond and provided. Thank you.

The unit had clearly not been cleaned. There was visible debris on the floor and on the blankets. I ended up not staying here because it was too gross. Cleanliness is a minimum expectation.

Bathroom was NOT CLEANED

Bathroom was not clean. Toilet bowl had poop stains in it. Tub had a used bar of soap with hair sitting on top of wet cardboard carton. Sink faucet had spit & water stains. Totally grossed out upon our arrival. Owner did come over with cleaning supplies and claimed he spent 3 hours cleaning. Not possible, place is not that big.

Accommodating

Me and my wife stay here for a couple there was an issue with the water heater, but that was quickly fixed note when you do start cooking that smoke detector is gonna start going off so hopefully by the time you read this, it got upgraded. If not, probably have to just put something over it so that way you you don’t have your ear ringing off all the time you wanna make you a meal a super cool host🙏

What was missing.

The following things were missing: Extra pillows and blankets. Wash cloths, bath mat and hand towels. Only garbage can was located in the bathroom. Was unable to use wifi the second day. No hangers in the closet. Animal hair. No TV in the living room. Inoperable car parked in the driveway.

I came in for a week to visit my daughter. The place was clean and perfectly located. It was a perfect fit for my needs. The man who owns it was super nice. Would def stay here again!

This is a very cute 1 bedroom. Living room with kitchen combo and full bath. A small porch with one chair off living from. It is on the second floor so you do have stairs. Avoid at all costs

Mansour is the worst host anyone could wish for. I stayed in his accommodation in mid August and when I arrived there were cobwebs, dust balls everywhere, the bathroom was dirty and the dishes were also not clean. We couldn't go anywhere else, as we arrived in Culver city at 2am. The next morning, when I shared this information with him, he mentioned that he had cleaned the apartment 4 days before and that I was a problematic person. All I had to do was clean the cups myself and a little dust wouldn't hurt. I strongly advise against this apartment, and the vrbo application itself, because even customer service wouldn't help me. I lost $700 on my first day of travel. Avoid making this mistake and do not rent this accommodation. People like Mansour don't deserve your money. He refused to refund me and so did the application. Avoid this accommodation at all costs. You've been warned.
