This hidden gem is tucked in a quiet secluded neighborhood located behind the Geneva SPIRE Institute, in the heart of Ohio's wine country and minutes from the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip! You will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful home, just bring your clothes, our retreat is waiting for you...

Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

â–ȘBedroom #1 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV. Ensuite with walk-in shower.

â–ȘBedroom #3 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser, desk, chair and smart TV
â–ȘFully stocked linen closet

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

Outside:
â–ȘBackyard features a deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit.

❄Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.

☀Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!

🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

Large home that accommodated the whole family. The outdoor space was 1000% what we were looking forward to utilizing and also worked beautifully! The house is close to wineries and within walking distance of a nice trail!

Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of seating in the living room. The host provided great instructions and responded very quickly. Would rent this house again. Loved the porch in the back. The weather was perfect to enjoy it in the evenings.

A wonderful house with a nice backyard

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the backyard as it had a lot of space and everything for grilling. The location is close to many of our favorite wineries and it is a short drive to the beach.

Annual girls trip

Very nice house! Great location for a weekend girls trip. Lots of places to shop and eat. Only complaint is there were no blankets for the pull out and the sheets had dog hair on them. Upstairs sink was leaking but overall a great stay!

Wine Weekend

My two friends and I spent the weekend at your home and visited the wineries in Geneva and Madison. What a beautiful home you have and I am so glad I found it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love a return trip next October.

The house was really cozy! It was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, the layout of the home was great. The only thing I wish there were more of was sheets and blankets for those that needed more warmth at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Spire Institute House Rental - Beringer Place

Nice place. Very large yard and deck area. For the most part, house is in good shape, a few items should be addressed. Since house is corporate owned, it lacked the hominess of other VRBO properties. We made do with kitchen elements for our Thanksgiving meal prep but could have used more upgraded utensils, etc. Kitchen space was great however. Fireplace was nice and warmed the living room well. Upstairs bedrooms could use more furniture like chairs. Climbing into the one very tall bed was challenging. Master suite was very nice but deserves a king size bed. A night light at the top of the stairs would have been helpful (we bought our own). Would probably return again if available and timing was right.

The home is beautiful and roomy. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Definitely in a well-to-do area. Backyard is huge. It's not fenced in, FYI. Huge garage, which came in handy because it poured during our stay. Owners were very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!
