Welcome to our completely remodeled, cozy, and relaxing cottage—your perfect getaway! Once you’re here, you won't want to leave. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for any occasion.

Our private lot boasts a covered patio, complete with a television and comfortable seating for conversations. Outdoor amenities include dining space, a propane grill, a fire pit, cornhole boards, and bags for family fun, both inside and outside. A variety of games are provided for your entertainment.

The living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a sleeper sofa, along with a 60" television. We provide Fubo TV with a sports package so you won't miss a minute of your favorite sports games.

Both bedrooms feature full-length mirrors and televisions, along with a full coffee bar.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need, and we ensure that all linens are freshly changed after each stay.

The bathroom includes starter toiletries, a blow dryer, and a makeup mirror for your convenience.

Sooo clean, with everything you could possibly need! The cottage is decorated beautifully. We were here to go to Spire for our granddaughters competitive dance competition. It was very convenient! Would love to come back for warmer weather!

Cozy Winter Escape at Geneva-on-the-Lake

We stayed at this charming property in Geneva-on-the-Lake during the winter, and it was nothing short of magical. The house was warm, inviting, and perfect for cozying up after a day of exploring. From the crackling fireplace to the comfy furniture, it felt like a home away from home. Even in the off-season, there was so much to enjoy. The snow-covered lake was breathtaking, and we loved walking along the quiet streets, enjoying the peacefulness of the area. Local wineries and restaurants were still open, offering a perfect mix of delicious food and friendly service. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, with thoughtful touches like extra blankets and clear instructions for everything we might need. If you’re looking for a serene winter retreat, this is the place to be. We left feeling recharged and can’t wait to come back—maybe in another season to experience it all over again!

Cutest Place and Great Host

My husband and I found this place and were nothing but happy with the cottage. It was very clean, very thought out with all the amenities and close to Geneva’s downtown strip. We will definitely choose to stay here again!!

GOTL- holidays

Perfect little getaway with a stay in this quaint cozy cottage. The owners were responsive with a request to change the reservation and the cottage shows that they thought of everything - even down to having a stool tucked away in the bathroom for little humans needing to get to the sink! Loved it!

Girls trip

This was our second time booking Linnys cozy cottage. It is beautifully decorated. We appreciated all of her extra supplies, coffee, snacks, games, extra towels etc…We would definitely book again. We wish she had a bigger rental for bigger family gatherings.

Fantastic Stay!

This VRBO was everything we could have asked for, for such a reasonable price. Linny was an amazing host and very understanding. Anything we might have needed she had there for us and it was overall such a great place to stay. Would definitely stay at any of their properties again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage. It’s was decorated so nice and had every amenity you’d need you don’t need to bring anything extras as it’s already in the cottage. Very clean when you walk thru the door,would recommended Linnys very much.

Perfect!

The property is amazingly well appointed with everything you could need for a stay in GOTL! It is clean. Has everything you could need in the kitchen and bath. Beautifully furnished and decorated. The porch was so pleasant that we ate dinner out there our first night and didn’t even go to the strip. Loved our stay!
