Our stay was amazing. Jennifer is the most thorough person of contact I have ever had at a VRBO before. Great communication and offers suggestions on things to do, places to eat, etc. This was my first time in Salt Lake City and when I come back I would definitely stay here again! Loved the hot tub too!!

Home away from home

I stay at this condo every time I traveled to Salt Lake. Have been doing so for a few years now and I always enjoy my stay. The condo is well kept and Jennifer is extremely responsive. I love the neighborhood. Truly this is my home away from home.

Mountain stay

We have stayed in many places in Utah. This beautiful townhome, was exactly as described! Everything about it was perfect. The cleanest home we have rented. Also, it has almost everything needed for cooking. That was a first. The owner, Jennifer, was very accommodating. I would love to stay here again.

No need to look further because This Is The Place!

There are so many wonderful aspects to this property, there isn’t enough room to extoll its many virtues or the quick responsiveness and generous thoughtfulness of its super hostess, Jennifer! Large comfy family room with a beautiful artistic décor that complements the natural Utah vibe – take some time to look around, you’ll see beautiful little accents around every turn. All the creature comforts of home, washer/dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal, double oven - this kitchen is better stocked with utensils than my own - and if you don’t see something you want, keep looking, it’s bound to be there. Three full bathrooms, two bedrooms (one with master bath with jetted tub), and a day bed on the first landing that could easily be a third sleeping area. I have to take a moment to talk about the beds – Most Comfortable Mattress Ever! I slept for 8 hours straight for the first time in many years, as did my husband. And the crème de la crème – the hot tub. It has different jets at each corner and side, and it’s private, right outside the back sliding glass door, with views to soothe the mind while the jets massage the body. After hiking or skiing, it’s the perfect way to end the day, or get reinvigorated for a night of dinner, dancing, drinks, in the city or at one of the fantastic restaurants in the many nearby canyons. Thank You Thank You Thank You, Jennifer, for providing a little bit of Shangri-La where you can actually have that memorable vacation that you always hoped for!

My second time staying at this condo. It is home away from home. Location is great. It’s well maintained and well stocked. Owners are responsive and ensure it’s a great experience. This is my go to when in Salt Lake.

Great condo and location!

Overall, condo has a great layout with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, there was high-speed internet which was helpful when I was working remotely, and nice outdoor hot tub which was great after a day in the mountains. Excellent communication with the owners and checking in/out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this condo and its location to big and little cottonwood canyon and the several restaurants in the area.

Wonderful condo. Love the location. Jennifer was great and responsive. Well appointed condo - everything you need is there. Quiet. Beds are incredibly comfortable. I will only be booking this place when I visit SLC. Truly deserves 5 stars. I didn’t want to leave.

cotton wood heights gem

great condo, well stocked and organized and great location. check in and check out process was really smooth. owner is on it. there are some stairs so as long as you don't mind the stairs it is a great place to stay.

Comfortable stay at the base of the canyons

Very comfortable, well equipped condo at the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. We really appreciated having the garage for our vehicle and gear. The hot tub was great bonus after a day of skiing. We would definitely consider staying here again, if available.

Outstanding Vacation Home and Awesome Hosts!

I had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The house is very well done and cared for. The jetted tub in the master bath is heaven and the private, quiet location is ideal. There is a very secluded hot tub on the back patio and you will wake up with beautiful views of the mountains. I’m so glad I chose this location and the host is awesome. Jennifer was very attentive and responsive. She has provided detailed notes throughout the house that I really appreciated. There is one parking space in the garage and other guest parking not far away from the front door. I rented a Lexus QX80 and was able to fit it in the garage with ample room to open the doors fully when getting out. I don’t think anything larger than this vehicle will fit as I had to fold the side mirrors to get in without damaging the property. The location is great. I was a few miles from Mt. Olympus, and it only took me around 20 minutes to get downtown daily where my conference was located. You won’t regret making this reservation. Also, check the pantry before you go shopping. There are quite a few spices available and the refrigerator has many condiments. The kitchen is fully stocked with an array of pots, pans, several sets of dishes, a Keurig, and other electronic cooking devices. The beds are extra comfortable. These are premium mattresses and linens, not the 5” foam mattresses a lot of vacation homes are using. The mattress in the master has to be 12” and was very comfortable on the firmer side. I would stay here again with no hesitation. It felt like home, and I honestly didn’t want to leave! The Wi-Fi signal is strong, and the cell reception was great. I just can’t say enough about the place or the owners. Go ahead and hit “reserve”!

Wonderful getaway

Had a great vacation at this rental. It was clean, convenient to many areas to visit, and we were even given tips on places to eat! The bed was wonderful and loved both the jetted tub inside and the hot tub outside. Even got a little exercise getting up to the bedroom everyday- lol. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was a wonderful host.

This property was a fabulous place to stay. The Remodel was done very professionally and decorations make you feel you are at a ski lodge. The location was also Excellent being at the bottom of Big Cottonwood Canyon and and Little Cottonwood Canyon. The property manage was wonderful and attentive to your comfort and entire stay!

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to look at our property! I am a Utah real estate broker and property manager and my husband is a builder/developer/GC. We have a 10 year old daughter, Avery.
We are native to Utah. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable and of course, MORE FUN!!! I personally go to each unit before and after each stay to make sure everything is just right! If you have questions or concerns, just look at the guest comments! We also own a 4 bedroom 4 bath in the same community VRBO 142268 and manage a 4 bedroom 3 bath and a 2 bedroom 2 bath w/loft VRBO 482349

Varför värden valde detta boende

Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights). This is very important as there are many renting illegally and they could be shut down by the city at any time.

This condo/town home is so spacious and comfortable.
The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick access to the freeway to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores (Smith's, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's) and restaurants are close by as well. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to Porcupine Pub, Alpha Coffee, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and The Lift House Sports.

There are several things that set our properties apart:
We have at least 5 different types of pillows in each condo as not all guests like the same type of pillow.
Each mattress and pillow have protectors that are laundered frequently. Our rugs are laundered frequently as well.
Our spices and cooking essentials are plentiful and refilled or replenished as needed.
We offer many books, maps and literature on local things to do as well as our personal 'local' recommendations.
We live within 10 minutes from the property. We are in the community often as we have two other condos in the community. We are readily available if needed but not right next door "spying on you" :)
