Närmaste logi till Storyland - du kan se det från min golfbana balkongdäck. Den perfekta familjesemesterplatsen - 4 årstider! Mycket avkopplande läge omgivet av berg. 2 sovrum med sovplats 6 (master med queen size-säng, 2: a sovrummet har 2 uppsättningar av våningssängar med dubbelsäng) Fullt utrustade, kabel, dvd, WIFI, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, luftkonditionering, öppen spis. Balkong ser ut på golfbanan och du kan gå till Storyland!

10 minuter till North Conway shopping, restauranger många sevärdheter i området. Stor familj semester plats. Full tillgång till min privata 9-håls golfbana, pool, tennis och klubbhus på plats (separat avgift betalas direkt till Country Club endast om du använder anläggningarna, mycket prisvärd, avgiften varierar beroende på vilka dagar som används och om du golf) finns i Sommar / Höst. Kort bilresa till 5 alpina skidområden (Wildcat, Attitash / Bearpeak, Cranmore, Black and Bretton Woods) och Jackson turneringscentrum för Xcountry skid 1/2 mil bort eller ut genom ytterdörren på golfbanan. Vacker inställning. Trevligt inredda mycket ren "barnvänliga! 2 nite min. ** alla sängkläder (handdukar och lakan) och städning ingår i mitt pris - inget doldt !! 2 natt min. och jag försöker alltid att låta dig anlända tidigt på din incheckningsdag och stanna sent på din utcheckningsdag (hyra 2 nätter och stanna 3 hela dagar! )
Återigen ger jag alla dina handdukar, sängkläder (professionellt tvättat, städning och skatter - inga dolda kostnader - låt dig inte lura av låga nattliga priser med extra avgifter. På plats 24 timmars fastighet mgmt., På plats säkerhet, vänlig landklubb personal och jag använder ett litet, lokalt, familjeföretag för de senaste 25 åren.

Great view from the balcony especially with the new adorondeck chairs! Nice big living area and bathroom. Could have been cleaner but Ken refunded our cleaning charge. Bed was comfortable too. It wasn’t real quiet because the road traffic was right there.

Perfect ski condo

This condo met or exceeded all of my family’s needs. The location was a short drive to several ski mountains and all the restaurants and shopping that North Conway has to offer.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. It’s a great location when visiting Storyland as you can walk there. Lots of other great attractions nearby as well. We loved all the details like boardgames, family dvds, and a well stocked kitchen. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended.

Perfect for Storyland

It was a perfect little getaway. You can’t beat walking distance to Storyland. Cute place with mountain views from the porch. Ken was a great communicator; the process was seamless. Would book again! The AC worked well even on a hot day. Thanks, Ken!

great choice for storyland

We had an amazing trip! Property manager was very responsive, helped with check in arrangements and with small questions that came up during the stay. It was unseasonably hot during our visit and AC worked really well, very comfortable. So convenient to Storyland. Nice quiet complex with beautiful views. We did not use the pool, etc. - just to know, this unit is fairly far from the pool.

Quick trip wonderful stay

This was a quick last minute stay as we decided t stay and do more than just tube the Saco. Ken was wonderful about getting paperwork and forms to me quickly so we could get everything done last minute. The rooms were cute and well furnished and lacked for nothing. My only request would be new pillows as mine was definitely hard. Everything was as described and close to everywhere we needed to get to but far enough away that we felt the quiet and peacefulness of the area. It was a great place and I would most definitely go back! Thank you for a great visit Ken.

Had a great stay here.

Great place and centrally located to everything in the area. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time by the fire and the views from the balcony were great. Ken the owner is great to work with and very responsive to any issues. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

October Long Weekend Trip

The property was everything as it was described. Well organized and very well decorated. The owner/manager was extremely helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Hampshire. The only thing not perfect was the weather because it was either overcast or rainy most of the time during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful Stay - Very convenient location

We had a wonderful stay. Our grandchild (and us older kids) had a wonderful time at StoryLand which is right across the street. We just walked over. The Auto Road to Mt. Washington is just down the street and it is easy to get into Conway. Condo was very clean and well appinted. Thanks to the Martins.

Great Location

This rental is close to so many attractions. The golf course on the property is 9 par 3 holes and makes for a fun short game. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The front balcony offers a nice view and a comfortable place to sit. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Very comfortable and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at Ken’s condo. Close to lots of beautiful hikes, and we took the cog to the top of Mt. Washington. The condo itself was clean, fully equipped with everything we could need, and comfy beds. On the first day, there was a little hiccup with the hot water heater, but Ken was extremely quick to respond and help. He was very concerned and quick to work it out. I was impressed. Didn’t put a damper on our vacation at all. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

Great location!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Ken's condo. He was quick to reply, and very helpful. The views are lovely. The beds were comfy. My favorite parts were the white lights over the mantle and making a fire in the fireplace! Great location right near so many hikes! I would return without hesitation!

We have owned the condo since 1985, This is our family vacation property so we keep it perfect.

Four season vacation spot, Storyland, North Conway shopping and nightlife, great restaurants, out standing skiing with a variety of mountains very close and beautiful fall foliage. All from a beautiful country club location. Our cleaning crew has worked for us for the last 25 years and lives near the property and is very responsive. Our linens are professionally laundered and purchased new annually.

Truly the closest rental property to Storyland - you can see the entrance to the South of our golf course facing balcony. Family friendly, very safe for children, we leave a variety of family movies to enjoy on a new HD TV while sitting by the fireplace. Relax on the balcony looking out at the golf course and Attitash Mountain ski area.
