NW Family Visiting AZ Family

Yout home was perfect for our stay to see fanily. The house had everything we needed and more. We will definatley try to book it again when we come visit family as uts obky 10 minuted away from them.

March 2025 AZ Getaway

The house and property were as they were represented online. The backyard pool, hot tub, golf putting green, and nighttime lighting were just stunning. Dean was very responsive to all of our questions and was always available for immediate communication. He was awesome! We hosted three other couples throughout the month and everybody loved it. We would consider staying there again.

We planned a spur of the moment trip to surprise our kids, and this property did not disappoint. Dean, the host had great communication and was very nice. The house is in a great location with an amazing backyard. Would highly recommend

Amazing house , well stocked and furnished. Amazing Yard and Location!

This was a family get together, this house has everything you need, probably the most well stocked property I’ve ever stayed in. The pool and hot tub, as well as the lighting at night are amazing. TVs in every room. Amazing bedding , tons of towels etc. thank you!

Happy grandkids!!!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Dean’s lovely home in the Johnson Ranch neighborhood. The home is just 10 minutes from our daughter and her family so we were able to spend our time with our 5 grandchildren. The house is very close to restaurants, a Fry’s grocery and shopping. We grilled or cooked most meals and ate in the amazing backyard! There was plenty of room for us to eat, lounge, and swim. The pool is beautiful and the kids were enjoying it during our entire visit. There is also a large hot tub and a putting green which we also enjoyed. The house is large enough for families or groups. Kitchen is very well stocked. The house was very clean. The backyard is amazing. The location is excellent. For us, a very successful, relaxing visit with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren in a lovely location with beautiful weather!!

Winter stay

We enjoyed having the heated pool and hot tub. If we had a problem Dean took care of it in a timely manner. We would stay again if we go back.

Great Family Getaway

Clean, well kept with great layout. Quiet neighborhood, close to amenities. Stocked with basic essentials and loved the access of washer and dryer!!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!👍

San Tan getaway

We loved the house, plenty of room for everyone. Pool and hot tub were great. Location on golf course was a nice setting. Close to hiking and shopping. Worked great for our family, in-laws and two teenagers.

Family vacation to the SanTan Valley

5 stars all around. Great house, lots of room, pool was warm (85f), well stocked, backyard was great. Hot tub was down which was unfortunate, but things happen (hot tub was fixed before we left). The owner was incredibly easy to work with. 15 years of renting homes with VRBO and Dean was the best owner that I've dealt with. I would 100% rent this property again.

We spent most of our time outdoors in the pool, hot tub, or on the little putting green. The weather was perfect for doing these activities. We ate most of our meals outside and used the outdoor gas grill a couple of times. The washer and dryer were put to good use. We’d definitely recommend this place.

Found our favorite!

This house is in a nice location and is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all we needed. The rooms are large. Beds and furniture are comfortable. We loved everything about the back yard. Communication with owner is very good. They go above and beyond with this rental. Can’t wait to be back again!

Sleep upstairs and HUGE living and recreating area.

One of the best owners. Their home was our home. The kitchen area was supplied better than any other thus making our meal prep and serving in an outstanding dining area. ALL the outside equipment was serviceable and the landscaping made us feel like we were in a fabulous resort of our own.
