This complex offers beautiful surroundings – it's along the coast and just steps from the luxurious emerald water and pearly white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You're a sixty second walk to the beach, and a couple minutes drive to Walmart Neighborhood Market, Publix and other restaurants.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. Awesome View

It's definitely about the view. It's in a convenient location. But the living room furniture is definitely a little dingy and needs a good cleaning as indicated in other reviews, and because of that I didn't want to sit on it. The building must not have great water pressure because the showers were pretty weak. They have changed out their patio furniture so if you are wanting a lounger, there isn't one as it shows, but the furniture they have on the balcony is nice. I used primarily the inside amenities at the condo because of the timing of my stay, and they are a bit dingy and outdated as well, but it was nice to have access to a warm pool. But in terms of a great view in a spot that's convenient to a lot of things, it's hard to beat the 14th floor. The building staff were very nice, and helpful if you needed something. Most everyone was very friendly in the building. Multiple elevators and carts are available for move in and check out. The management staff were very kind and helpful as well.

Relaxation at its finest

The unit was just as pictured. Beds were comfortable and views were amazing. There were just a couple things we didn’t like. The chair in the living room was filthy. We didn’t want to use it. I also contacted owner to see about where to get ice in the building because the lady down at the desk said I could only speak with the owner. The owner said she would look into it but never responded back. We found the ice machine the next day. You can purchase bags of ice downstairs in the hallway before you go out to the pool.
