Denna plats är AWESOME !! Det är ett hörnaggregat på första våningen som är väldigt exklusivt. Balkongen ligger högre än första våningen, så dina vyer är spektakulära! Det är storleken på en 3 sovrumsenhet, så det finns gott om plats för alla att ha sitt eget utrymme! Och eftersom denna enhet ligger på första våningen finns det ingen anledning att ta hiss! Du går bara upp till dörren! SÅ TREVLIGT!!!

Du kommer att älska gourmetköket med ett stort Viking-kylskåp, Viking-spis och underbara travertingolv. Det finns ett vinkyl och ismaskin för din användning! Det över stora vardagsrummet har välvda tak, drottning bäddsoffa, platt-TV och en våt bar. Och detta är en hörnenhet, så du har havsutsikt från alla de vackra plantage-fönsterluckorna! Och från vardagsrummet är du några steg från en enorm balkong med utsikt över poolområdet och stranden. Du kan se dina barn simma vid poolen från din balkong ... hur bekvämt! Och du har din egen privata ingång till poolområdet!

Det stora sovrummet har en helt ny king size-säng med ett angränsande badkar med bubbelbadkar, klädkammare och travertingolv. Barnen kommer att älska gästrummet med en fullständig / två våningssäng och en extra enkelsäng! Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten som du kan använda under din semester!

Great Condo!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Did have an issue upon arrival but we reported it and it was taken care of immediately. Especially liked the convenience of getting to the beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Great condo!

Being located on the first floor was great. The balcony is huge and has a private gate to access the pool and beach. The whole place was clean and quiet. The matress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Great place

Easy access to outside pools and beach. Very easy to load or unload to condo. If other renters is staying in the above floor you do hear them some, but it was no problem. Would be great for 2 families to rent the upper and lower condo at same time due to the stairs inside condo. The bed is little stiff so bring extra pillows. Overall great time!

Beautiful Condo and Location

Early May is a quiet time in this property. We thoroughly enjoyed the unit, the porch, and the beach! Easy access on 1st floor is great and although the first floor is not the best view for the beach due to sand dunes, we could still the the coastline and enjoy the sound of the waves.

Great condo. Having first floor access with toddlers was awesome!!! Everything was nice, updated and all the dishware you could want. Will definitely stay again in that condo!

Awesome location

Awesome location and amazing views. Just like pictures. Condo could use some appliance upgrades-stove wasn’t in great shape. All appliances just needed to be replaced as they’ve been heavily used. Otherwise we absolutely loved this condo and the ease of being on ground level. The beach was breathtaking!

The condo was very nice. We did get some ugly stairs when we visited the pool. We over heard a man saying that he was gonna talk to the association about us. We were the only black people at the pool. It amazes me that in 2023 we are still dealing with ignorance.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful! When we arrived we went to the main building next door and got our parking pass. Loading and unloading was a breeze! You can back right up to the gate by the bedroom door. The back patio leads right to the pools/ocean. The condo was exactly as pictured and nice and clean! There’s a Walmart right up the road we went to for groceries. Also restaurants and souvenir shopping near by. After dinner time the pools cleared out and most nights my children had the pools all to themselves. Communication with the property management before and during our stay was great! Always making sure we had what we needed and that everything was going well. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Beautiful but there were issues

We really did enjoy our stay in this condo but my only complaint was that there were gnats EVERYWHERE! In every single room especially the kitchen and the bathrooms. This was even as soon as we walked in. The kitchen was swarming with them. I would highly recommend getting the condo sprayed or have someone come in and spray for these. It was very annoying to be sitting in the dinning room and have gnats flying around your food.

Convenient location but overall underwhelming

The renting agency was a pleasure to work with when we had to unfortunately reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. After the delay, we were looking forward to our vacation. The condo is located conveniently off of the pool and on the first floor. Parking was easy and not overcrowded. However, the condo was underwhelming. There was mold on the air vent in the hall bathroom as well as the shower curtain and on the drain stopper in the master bathroom. The showers/tubs did not feel clean by any measure. We were only given one wash cloth. The condo floors were not clean. The Keurig did not work. Ultimately, the condo could use some improvements and in particular cleaning needs greater attention to detail.

Fall Break Getaway

We had a wonderful stay over fall break! The condo is GORGEOUS...seriously one of the prettiest, most nicely decorated we’ve stayed in! It is also super spacious! We have a family of 4 but you could very easily sleep more comfortably in this unit. The living space in the living/kitchen/dining area is wonderful.....very open! The balcony/patio is the BEST!! It is spacious and basically another living area in itself. The patio furniture is also fabulous....there is a HUGE table (we would have enjoyed all of our meals outside if the weather had been better just b/c the patio is so amazing!) & 2 lounge chairs to look out over the beach!! The proximity to the pool is so convenient, especially with children!! You literally walk right down your patio steps and you’re at the pool! My only complaint is the comfort of the beds. The mattress in the master could stand to be replaced (and we are not mattress snobs by any means) as well as the mattress on the bottom bunk in the guest room. We still slept but it just wasn’t as comfortable as it could be....They are likely just worn from being used. The owner/agent was great to work with, sent all needed information and quickly responded to any questions! The condo is also in a great location for proximity to shopping/dining. Overall we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit!

If only there was an option for .5 stars

Location was the only real plus here We arrived and unit was not ready at 3 we waited- when poor team of cleaners finished the condo was hot and smelled moldy. We cranked down the air and headed to beach. When returning we showered in shifts - running out of hot water by person number 4. Within a hew hours we could tell there was a cooling issue so we contacted maintenance- who was very nice. It was early April and 80 - 84 degrees so thankfully not peak Summer heat. He came out that evening to look at unit and determined a call for repair was needed- it was too late in day but contractors would come next day (Easter). -?on 1st floor can't just open windows & doors at night for air! Long story short someone decided not to pay for holiday service and we had to wait another day - without A/C- which we were not notified of in time to make other arrangements. Same person owns 201- I am not sure I will use this service again due to this experience

Spring break beach vacay

This condo was great for us. We have two kids so the bunk room was perfect. Great kitchen with good quality appliances and well stocked with utensils and such. Tons of storage throughout. We loved being on the ground floor because we had easy access to pool and beach off the back deck. I actually thought the section of beach right in front of phoenix 8 was the best. Great location as far as grocery store, liquor store, and some good restaurants. Master bed was squeaky
