Welcome to Cottage 1 at The Cottages at Blue! With a maximum occupancy of 16 guests, this is one of three beautiful units making up a triplex located in a fantastic cul-de-sac at the base of Blue Mountain. Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and find nothing but peace of mind at this beautiful and spacious, seven-bedroom chalet!

This cottage has been thoughtfully designed to provide ample parking and privacy out back, as well as upgraded soundproofing between each cottage within the triplex. This unit, closest to the ravine, is unique as it has been around for many decades and yet has been given a second life thanks to a full interior and exterior upgrade - enabling you to have a heartwarming and memorable experience here at Blue Mountain.

Located within walking distance of the chairlifts at Blue Mountain Resorts and the Blue Mountain Village, you are conveniently close to great dining options and endless entertainment opportunities. During the summer months, Northwinds public beach on Georgian Bay is around two miles away. The small town of Collingwood is a little more than six miles away, where you can find anything from restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores.

Start your day with a cup of coffee and a soothing soak in the hot tub with a tree-lined view from your sprawling, private deck with plenty of built-in seating. Inside, you’ll find abundant natural light, soaring ceilings, modern mountain decor, and an open floor plan that encourages togetherness.

The kitchen, a chef's dream, is complete with all the essentials and utensils needed to whip up culinary masterpieces for your group. Escalate your cooking by utilizing the gas grill out on the sprawling deck. Depending on the season, find yourself dining alfresco and taking in picturesque views, or gather at the gorgeous wood dining table, also perfect for board game nights.

Wooden accents throughout this space add a fantastic rustic touch - one that truly stands out is the hanging canoe which is a main feature in the living room. During the cooler times of the year, warm up in the glow of the gas fireplace as you watch a favorite show or movie on the smart TV - courtesy of the free WiFi.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the lower-level features three well-appointed bedrooms, the main floor provides a spacious primary bedroom, and the upper floor offers three additional bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
