The space was so comfortable and clean, and the host was very responsive. There was some noise from movement upstairs during the night, but other than that I can’t complain about anything!

Basement hideaway

It was a good space for 4 of us to stay in during a quick girls trip. The host was very nice and I have no complaints.

This was a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. The owners were very responsive and courteous. As we stayed in their basement, we hardly heard anything from upstairs. This made it feel like we were in our own private residence. There was plenty of space for all of us. Everything was very clean and felt new. The only downside might be its location, fairly far away from shopping, restaurants, and other city attractions. However, it is close to the airport, which made it easy to get in and out of the Denver area. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily come back again.

Very nice owner

Started out rough as i could not contact anyone when we arrived. Took about 2 hrs because door waa locked and key was inside. But overall very nice. Clean. Dark in bedrooms so got great sleep. One tging. DO NOT go to Colfax area of town. No warnings from anyone but we needed a walgreens and it was closest. Its rhe news you see of people ransacking stores. Pretty scary and i was raised on south side of the tracks if you get my drift. And even i was nervous abpit getting out of that area w my son. Little fact for you i looked up. 1 in 19 people in aurora will be the victim of a property theft or violent crime. Stats say its the highest of any community in any city in the country. But once we knew where not to go....stay was enjoyable.

The room was clean and plenty of space for 4 adults. We stayed only one night while driving through Denver. We were lacking towels in the bathroom but I believe they would have been provided had we asked. We were there for such a short time we just used what we had with us after camping for a week. For the money it’s definitely worth it.
