Redfish Village is centrally located on 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida. Blue Mountain Beach is known worldwide for its pristine emerald-green water and sugar sand beaches in South Walton. Redfish Village has all the amenities one may want to take a relaxing vacation or enjoy some time at the beach. Located just one block off the beach on the corner of 30A and Highway 83.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

Private Beach Access: It's just west of the Blue Mountain Beach public access and those 4 homes in the little gated community.

Redfish Village is the only condo on 30A that has individualized restrooms, showers, and dedicated beach access. A private gateway and vista to the beach is easily accessible via a short stroll, bike or ride on our open-air shuttle. Private men’s and women’s restrooms are available for use by owners and guests. Utilize the outside showers to wash off or rinse sand off your feet. Chair and umbrella rental services are available during peak season.

Beach Shuttle Info: The shuttle just goes to the beach access and back to the property. It picks up and drops off near the elevator of M1 and elevator of M2. It takes you only to the Redfish Village private beach access. The beach shuttle operates daily on-demand. Rather than schedule your vacation around a ride our private shuttle will drive you to and from the beach, as needed. When you see it, you can just climb aboard or call a few minutes ahead and it can either take you and your party down to the beach or pick everyone up.

Nature Preserve Area: Redfish Village is one of the most Eco-friendly environments along 30A. It was designed and developed to keep nature a focal point of our community.

Big Redfish Lake – On the East side of the Redfish Village property, is a protected coastal dune lake with an abundance of natural habitat. Enjoy a drink or meal down on the lake or feel free to fish off the dock. Access to this area is limited to owners and guests of Redfish Village. Enjoy the unique opportunity to experience small gatherings, fishing, and environmental events overlooking a rare coastal dune lake.

Big Redfish Lake Promenade – An elevated boardwalk that connects the pool deck to Redfish Lake and the overlook area.

Preserve Area – Besides Big Redfish Lake on the North and East side of the property is a protected ecological area with walking path. This area has limited access and a series of preserved growth areas and protected vistas at the perimeter of our property.

About the Redfish Village Area:

Swimming Pools – There are two heated pools, with ample deck space, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas for sunbathing, relaxation, and gathering. An outdoor kitchen and kids’ play area are all nearby.

Children’s Playground – Positioned conveniently next to the pools, children can enjoy this dedicated play area with swing set, seesaw, and covered playset with slide.

Commercial Grills – Available to all owners and guests, Redfish Village has two natural gas Viking Grills with Infrared Burners. These top-of-the-line grills are located conveniently off the pool deck for easy access and for your enjoyment. Whether cooking up a steak dinner or enjoying some fresh shrimp or fish from the Gulf of Mexico – these grills will make your mouth water.

The Village Green and Events Lawn – A large open green space is available for outdoor activities, music, theater, and special events.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

This 2-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master has one King Bed-Sleeps 2; 1 full bathroom attached to the master
Guest has 2 queen beds-Sleeps 4; 1 full bathroom attached to the guest room
Hallway is a bunk bed-Sleeps 2; ½ bath in common area
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests

Ideal floor plan. The owners have turned the guest bedroom into a second master, with a full bathroom, two Queen sized beds, and custom light sconces on each side. The Master bedroom provides a single King-sized bed with a full master bath. Bunks in the hallway are wonderful for tots to teens with two access points to the balcony, from the living area and master bedroom.

Parking:

There is one reserved parking space (labeled 308) for guests.

Other details to note:

To access the fitness center, first walk into the lounge and, from there, head into the fitness center. (The lounge code and the fitness center code are the same.)

Washers and dryers are available for guest use. They are located on the 1st floor by the pool area and are coin operated. Before placing items into the washing machine, assure that sand has been rinsed away.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Great location, wonderfully decorated, optimal layout

I’ve been to Destin, Rosemary, Inlet, Seacrest and many more locations; but Blue Mountain might be my favorite…maybe! Great response from property manager, complex was well maintained, and shuttle operated great when I discovered how that all worked. Really the walk is nothing and the private access is very unique. I enjoyed the music from the balcony too (which does quit by 9). All in all….I’ll be back!
