Before school trip

Great location to local food/ice cream. Easy access to public beach and they have a private entrance also. Condo was more spacious than expected. Great accommodations!

Comfortable Condo

Very clean condo and accurate pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Recommendations: It could use some new comfortable balcony furniture. The master shower door need adjusting so that it doesn't stick. Some condos we've stayed in have a printed guide to using the TV which is most helpful.

Great condo near restaurants

We loved being able to walk to restaurants! The property is very well let and we enjoyed and appreciated the assigned, covered parking. I do with the beach access was closer and easier… lots of steps. But still not terrible. The balcony was large and beautiful. Very nice beds.

Quick trip

My husband and I took a quick trip to the beach with friends. Although the condo is a little out-dated, the price was perfect. & when you're at the beach, who is really in their condo anyways!!

Redfish is a great location

This was our fifth year at Redfish, always enjoy to facility and its convenience to the beach. This unit was a little "tired" and short on kitchen supplies but Wyndham was very responsive to our requests. If booking this unit you might want to book direct with Wyndham and save yourself the VRBO booking fee.

Loved the condo! It was perfect for my husband and I!

The bed was a little rough, but for a short stay it was perfectly okay! We loved the way the condo was decorated, it was so inviting and cozy! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place! The beach chairs and shuttle was a plus as well. Just make sure to get there early due to it’s a first come, first serve basis. The Wyndham vacation agency was probably the best experience I’ve ever had.

Great location and amenities

Great setup! Easy keyless check in and out with automated reminders. Condo building is nice, pool right there, carts for loading and unloading, elevators, beach shuttle, easy walking distance from beach. Only disappointment was the shade service. Set us up on the wrong side the first day, gave our reserved chairs to another group while we were at lunch and moved us, second row the whole week, letting people without reservations pull chairs from reserved groups. Also be advised that smoking is either allowed or not strictly prohibited on the Redfish portion of the beach. Ability to text support with issues was an awesome option, but the written responses from the team were odd and difficult.

Great Place To Stay!

We love Redfish Village. The unit we usually stayed in and worked directly with the owner sold. The new property management company's prices were very different from what we had previously been paying so we decided to look around. We found this unit with Resortquest and booked it. We couldn't be more pleased. The unit was clean and very well kept. Reposortquest was great to work with. We look forward to our next trip to the beach and booking with them in the future.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This place is awesome for a couples get away! We walked in and loved the amount of space we had and how updated the condo was. It was in a great location on 30A. Bonus features: covered carport area for one car, the shuttle service to and from the beach, the private beach access and restrooms and this place even came with two chairs and umbrella already set up on the beach. Was amazing we loved it and will defiantly be returning next fall. For those that are wondering what the beach is like Mid October, as a frequent visitor to 30A, October is my favorite. Not a lot of people on the beach, the waits at restaurants this time are little to none and the water is still some what warm and very calm.

Relaxing vacation

I have stayed at Redfish Village before and once again this condo complex did not disappoint. This was my first stay at condo M1 220. It is extremely clean, well cared for and has everything you need. There is an abundance of clean towels, extra blankets, and items to get you started on your week. My husband and I had a late flight out the day of our departure and they were kind enough to give us a few extra hours before we had to check out. (With that being said no one was arriving the day we left) The management company was wonderful to work with and extremely professional. If my husband and I come again just the two of us I will definitely be booking this condo again. (Usually we bring our 4 kids) Thanks for providing us with such an amazing place to stay! We love Redfish Village and 30A!

We did enjoy staying at Redfish Village. Location is great. We were disappointed with a smell in one of the closet ( per urine). The smell was so strong we couldn’t use the closet. We did contact the office manager and the sent us a house keeper who used a chemical spray and after that we couldn’t use the whole bedroom as well for a few days, keeping windows open 24/7 with a fan on as well. But the pet smell came back and we still couldn’t use the closet. We did notify the manager again, but nobody came back to check it out.

Mold issue and smelly carpets

The location was nice. The walk to the beach was not bad, bit the walk up and down the beach steps was not easy, especially with beach gear and children. The beach shuttle was not running. There was no staff onsite or nearby to address any of this. The person who was in charge of the chairs and umbrellas at the beach never showed up. The condo itself was in dire need of maintenance and a proper cleaning. The master shower was covered in black mold and the carpets smelled of dog urine. This is not a pet friendly unit, nevertheless the carpets reeked of the odor. The kitchen floors were sinking and spongy in spots and the trim was torn up. Possibly it is in the middle of repairs. The issues were brought to the attention of management but no one ever called or came by. We were moved to a different complex after multiple calls and emails to Vacasa. Would stay in that location again if the issues were fixed. The coffee shop across the street was nice and the taco restaurant was excellent.

All the pros and cons below!

We love Redfish Village. It was a great complex to stay in. Very close to the beach, great pool, and fun little kids play area. The complex is right across from Blue Mountain Creamery which was a bonus. Also, had easy access to bike rentals etc. The unit is a little outdated like many others have commented but that doesn't bother us at all. There were very few breakables which is awesome when you have a toddler. What we didn't love about our stay were a few things with this condo in particular. - lights: there were several blown out lightbulbs and some bulbs that weren't in the lamps. This was a bit annoying. - supplies: we stayed for two weeks and we're only provided the minimum amount of supplies for a one week stay (soap, sacks, toilet paper, etc). We just figured it was common sense that if you rent for multiple weeks the supplies matched that. -beds: they need new mattresses ASAP. We aren't that picky and have stayed in lots of units/hotels and never had a complaint but these had divets from sleepers and were unbelievably uncomfortable. It was almost like someone trying to pad a rock 😂 Would we stay in Redfish again? Heck yes! Would we stay in this unit again? Not unless they change out mattresses by our next stay.

Good and Bad

POSITIVES: Cost of condo. Pretty Clean. Kitchen pretty will stocked for most needs. For the most part comfortable bedding. Updated oven and fridge. Sheltered parking. Across street from Blue mountain beach creamery. Can walk to beach access. Private bathrooms at beach access. Provided with one umbrella and two chairs(first come first serve)Was provided with additional linens upon request. CONS: Resort Quest/Wyndham NOT very knowledgeable about the rental needs. Need codes for access to pool, beach, bathrooms etc... they had no idea what the codes were and had to request codes on 3(2 phone calls and one email) different occasions before we got the right codes. When codes changed during the visit finally got the correct codes from another renter. Worn unit. When arrived found the one of the showers was broken and dryer squeals very loudly. Took 3 phone calls to get someone out to fix it. Didn't fix dryer but did fix shower. Savanna(check in office) is apparently who you need to talk to as she did have someone come out promptly. Do not intend on renting through this agency again. Not satisfied with the customer service. Only one elevator per bldg. Nosy(facing 30A on one side and construction on the back side) Two different pieces of art work randomly fell off of the walls during our stay so this unit is showing signs of wear. They did rehang the first fallen artwork but didn't call about the 2nd one as close to end of week.
