Youâll enjoy watching the local wildlife from the patio & you are just steps away from the Clubhouse, JW Marriott Starr Pass Golf Resort, & amazing mountain biking & hiking trails. With downtown only 5 miles away, you will have easy access to great restaurants, entertainment, UofA, and the airport.
Enjoy the stress-free self-check-in to this modern home backed up to the Starr Pass Golf Course. It has an open single-story floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Full kitchen and dining room. Spacious living room with a 65" flat screen TV. The backyard patio has mountain, city, and golf course views. There is a large umbrella to protect you from the sun. You can see local wildlife like deer, javelinas, bunnies and birds from the comfort of the backyard by the fire pit.
The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, full ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, large flat screen TV, and has a private exit to the backyard patio.
The second bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and flat screen and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and flat screen.
You will find stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with all the amenities and a large family-friendly dining table.
You will have a fully stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

I was a very active mom while my kids were in school as a parent volunteer from Room Mom all the way to President of the Parent Booster for their volleyball team. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
My husband and I remodeled this home for us to use when we visit our son so that we have a nice place to stay. So everything we did to this house we did so that we could enjoy it. People say that they have a great night's sleep because of the great beds.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This setting has daily views of local wildlife, while still being close to a big college town. It is a very quiet, safe area. There is easy access to anywhere you want to go. Or if you choose to just relax inside in the bright airy living room while taking in the view.
