Absolut idealisk för familjer, den här två våningen, 4 sovrum, 2 badrum har ett stort vardagsrum och matsal för stora familjesamlingar. Du går in i hemmet på första nivån och går in i ett mysigt familjerum med kabel-TV och en video och en queen size hide-a-säng. Den första nivån har också ett tvättstuga, ett badrum, ett sovrum med två uppsättningar våningssängar och ett annat sovrum med en queen size-säng. Klättra några trappor till vardagsrummet ... en ljus, luftig, öppen design som erbjuder havsutsikt från tre sidor av vardagsrum / matsal.

Vardagsrummet har en 42 "HD platt-TV, en bekväm sectional och överdimensionerade stolar. Matsalen har ett stort bord och stolar som rymmer upp till 10 personer. På övervåningen finns två drottning sovrum och ett annat badrum.

I garaget spelrummet finns ett bordtennisbord och solstolar. En inhägnad gårdsplan är perfekt för barn och husdjur att säkert spela.

nice family place to stay

We had 15 people there for a family wedding in the area. The house was very clean and nice. Plenty of room for everyone and close to the beach. The only thing we'd suggest is a new hide-a-bed downstairs (very uncomfortable); but other than that we really liked it and would recommend it to others. I did a lot of research and it was hands down the most reasonable in cost for a beach house (big enough for 15 ppl) between Tillamook and Rockaway. Owners were also very friendly to deal with. : )

Gorgeous home, great location!

This home accommodated our large group (6 adults, 5 kids aged 5-15) wonderfully. There is enough room for everyone to eat or play games together, but also to spend time apart if desired. We loved being able to enjoy the ocean view despite the fact that the house is not beachfront. The windows on the upper floor really capitalize on the spectacular view. Overall the place is very clean and the updates lovely. We'd love to come back!

Granddaughter's First Birthday Celebration

The property was perfect for our family's celebration on the coast! We pre-ordered groceries as suggested by the owner. We would highly suggest adding blinds on the west side windows to help reduce the heat from the sun in the afternoon. A cutting board in the kitchen would also assist the guests with meal prep. Overall a great property! We hope to get back to your home in the near future.

Great location

The property was newer had an amazing view of the ocean. There was plenty of room for all of us. The ping pong table was a highlight. Someone was playing all the time. The upstairs beds were comfortable. The cleanliness of the place was definitely lacking. The furniture has never been moved and cleaned and under the sofa a chair cushions were full of dirt and objects. The freezer wasn’t cleaned out and the BBQ was took 2 hrs to clean. Don’t park your car close to the garbage cans.they left a huge scratch on the side of my brand new car. Over all we enjoyed ourselves and would probably stay again.

Great location

The beach view was just like the photos in the listing. Beach access was very close. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for thanksgiving. We had an issue with the porch light not working and the owner had someone out to fix it right away.

Great multi family beach house.

Very short walk to an amazing beach. Home is a spilt level which is great for a multi family vacations. Pet friendly and well a stocked kitchen.

Great beach house!

What a beautiful and well-cared for beach house! I booked the house for a long weekend trip with 4 adults. The communication from Cathy was excellent and the check-in process was super simple. We loved the house - it was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. We would definitely book it again for another beach trip and recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great place for our family vacation

Grandparents, parents, and children (age 1 to 8 years old has a great time. There was plenty of room, easy access to the beach and local attractions, the train, tide pools, board walk trail to old growth cedar tree. Well stocked Kitchen, plenty of chairs, nice couch, 2 refrigerators. Thanks so much!

Great Home On the Beach

Family stayed at Rockaway for the weekend. Although the weather was a bit rainy and not so good the home was fantastic. Loved that the kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Would definitely come back.

Fantastic Vacation!

Our stay at Buena Vista was wonderful!! The property was super-clean, modern, and updated. The kitchen was well-appointed and the oceanview from the main living room was gorgeous! Beach access was just a few houses down the street. The owner, Cathy was a delight to work with when we had a slight schedule request change, in which we greatly appreciated her excellent customer service! Hands down, this was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at! Our family had a fantastic time!

Nice getaway

We choose this property for a few reasons. We had to get out of our house for a two week remodel, during COVID and with a dog, this seemed like a nice place to stay. It was big enough my husband who had to work and my daughter who had to be online with school had their own spaces so we weren't all at the kitchen table. I was able to enjoy walks on the beach and when the weather turned I enjoyed watching the rain and the ocean from inside. The house is very comfortable even off season when you can't get out everyday. The kitchen was well equipped so that we could prepare meals. I found a great grocery store in Manzanita (Fresh Foods), not terribly close, but well stocked and definitely following COVID protocol. Originally I went to Tillamook (Safeway) to stock up, but was very disappointed in the staff also many customers not wearing masks properly or pulling them down to talk. Didn't return. Overall a wonderful stay on the coast.

Well appointed, great location

Home was clean and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Short walk to the beach. Nice small fenced area for our two ancient chihuahuas. Our vacation was marred by a power outage of about 30 hours and smoke from the Oregon fires, but we are looking forward to coming back, hopefully to this very same house, next year. This home met all Of our needs and then some.

Great location for a Family

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Any issues we encountered were addressed by the home owner. It would have been handy to have the check-out instructions, and area information available on site. (This is a minor detail.) The view was spectacular. Bunk beds were a little unsteady, and made the older kids feel slightly uncomfortable climbing up and down. We would definitely stay in this home again, if we ever went back to to Rockaway Beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Loved the view, lots of room, beds were comfortable.

We all loved the rental. It had window locks broken and shades not working...it needs lots of small repairs and stuff stored that is not safe for kids.

Amazing time together

Beautiful, comfortable, easy access to beach, beautiful view from the balcony. Good place to stay and explore the Oregon coast up and down. Lovely kitchen, plenty of linens and beautiful large washer and dryer. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and it never felt crowded.

Spacious house with great view and beach access

Overall, our group of 7 adults and 4 kids was well-accommodated in this house. The furnishings are comfortable and the appliances updated and clean. The split level was nice to help break up the sound of 11 people in one house. We especially appreciated the large dining table and lots of comfy seating in the living room. We rated four stars over five because the shower water pressure was very low, and because of a couple other minor issues, which the property owner responded to and resolved promptly. We would stay here again!

Great location and view. Well thought out organization of entry/shoe storage area. Lots of linens. Nicely updated. A few minor cleanliness issues, that could be easily resolved.

Our dreams came true when we were able to purchase a vacation home on the Oregon Coast. We love spending time there........enjoying the peaceful quiet, the gorgeous sunny days and awesome storms. We love walking the beach, heading into town for a cup of coffee or a great meal. The house is perfect for family and friends to enjoy a great time together! We are happy to share our wonderful home in quaint Rockaway Beach and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
