With nearly two acres of Napa River-front property, this beautiful, completely remodeled, securely gated 2,625 square foot Saint Helena home has three spacious bedrooms and three fabulous bathrooms. Enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, a walk through the private vineyard, a meal on the back deck or a picnic on the large, lush lawn. Relax into this perfectly appointed property with all the amenities to make your stay in the Napa Valley both comfortable and memorable.

Located across the street from the world-renown Meadowood Resort, enjoy a fine dining experience, a day at the spa or obtain a guest pass for the fitness center. Drive just a few minutes to find yourself on the Main Street of Saint Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley.

Enjoy local fare at the restaurants, shop, rent bicycles, or play tennis on the public courts in Crane Park. The center of California’s wine growing region, St. Helena is nestled between Calistoga, 8 miles to the north, and Yountville, 9 miles to the south.

This spacious home offers a fully equipped kitchen, large entertainment counter with bar stools, a generously designed dining room as well as multiple outdoor eating and lounging areas. The living room is a cozy space for gathering. There is an electric fireplace to enjoy when the weather is cooler. The master bedroom suite, office, a second full bath and the laundry room make up the remaining main floor plan. Upstairs includes two bedrooms that share an adjoining bathroom.

Our stay was wonderful, and Suzanne, the property manager, was so kind and accommodating and went out of her way to ensure we had a lovely, easy stay. The space was gorgeous and the perfect home away from home for our two-week stay!

Amazing home in beautiful St Helena

The River House was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy Napa Valley!!! It is perfectly located, right in the middle of everything. The renovated home is incredibly done, very comfortable, and well appointed. We highly recommend!!!

Great house , close to town

The property itself exceeded our expectations. Apparently extensively renovated not long ago, the house was very tastefully furnished with high end appliances and finishes. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals in the past. I don’t think any of those homes were equipped in the kitchen as well as this kitchen. Not only did it have just about anything you might have at home , it was also organized in a way that did not feel like a rental property. ( the only missing item was an espresso machine which I would never expect a rental to have anyway) . The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would rent it again.

Napa get away

The home exceeded our expectations. So many little details were taken care of, from laundry pods, to hair dryers in each bathroom as well as cotton balls and Qtips. The house was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very prompt with any and all questions. The location of the home was perfect. 10 minutes from any where we planned on going. It is situated on Silverado Trail, so mornings were a bit load with trucks passing by. But in the house, you heard nothing!! Would highly recommend this home to our friends.
