"Seasational" is the perfect beachfront, poolside, first floor penthouse, featuring a single level layout, no stairs, with a gated parking area and a private garage space. The beach, pool and hot tub are just steps from the back door!

Your entire family will find this home to be absolutely sensational! From its highly desirable location to the luxurious décor inside, this home is a gift that keeps giving! This ideal location will allow you to enjoy the beach right in your back yard and all the fun of Miramar Beach attractions; local favorites, world class restaurants, and outdoor excursions are minutes away!

Come in and begin enjoying this unique single level layout. The main living area features panoramic views of the pool and beach as well as striking décor which mirrors our location. The living room features a large sectional and seating around the large Smart TV. There are two dining sets for your convenience and another seating area looking out over the water. The master suite features a king size bed and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower and generous closet space. Two of the guest bedrooms have king size beds and private bathrooms. Another guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. The last guest bedroom is a custom built bunk room with two sets of full over full bunk beds that sleeps 8 with a private bathroom. All bedrooms feature Smart TV's. For the student or work from home family member, we also have a desk and chair. Enjoy our oversized laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Maximum of two cars per reservation.

Two parking spaces: one in the garage and one overflow parking space on a first come first serve basis.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
