Welcome to the Lavender Hill Inn! A charming Victorian home with a rich history, originally built in 1894 by a German artist. This beautifully restored first-floor condo blends modern comforts with vintage character, located just a 10-15 minute walk from North Ave, Brady St, and downtown Milwaukee.
Relax on the spacious porch with patio furniture, cozy up by the gas fireplace, or enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, WiFi, and a 50” flat-screen TV. The unit has flexible sleeping options—two bedrooms with a queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed, plus a queen-size cabinet bed in the living area. Off-street parking for one car is included, and there’s plenty of street parking nearby. Plus, a bus stop is just a block away for easy access to the city. Cable is provided through AT&T Direct Stream.
While the condo is fully updated, it retains the charm of its age, with original wood floors upstairs. Please note that noise from the unit above may be heard, and parties are not allowed to maintain a peaceful environment. If you're after a lively experience, a hotel may be a better fit. But if you’re looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to everything Milwaukee has to offer, this is the spot!

- Peace of Mind with Safely Insurance: For just $10 per night, we’ve got you covered with Safely’s damage insurance, providing added protection throughout your stay, ensuring a worry-free experience for you and the property.
- Rental Agreement: Please note that to complete your booking, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
- Long-Term Rentals: Any rental over 30 days requires a signed residential lease.
- Front Door: The front door is secured with a deadbolt. To lock it, please ensure that the handle is pulled up before engaging the lock.
- Devices & Cameras: Kindly refrain from tampering with any devices, internet, or exterior cameras on the property.
- Gas Fireplace: The gas fireplace can be turned on using the switch located inside the marked panel.
- Wood Floors: Our beautiful wood floors are delicate. Please remove your shoes upon entry, especially heels, to keep them in great condition.
- Pets: Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended at any time.
- Charcoal Grill: Feel free to use the charcoal grill outside, but please note we do not provide charcoal or gas. If previous guests have left some behind, you are welcome to use it. Remember to monitor the grill at all times when in use, and ensure it is cleaned after use.

- Pet-Friendly with Limitations: We’re happy to welcome your pet, with a few conditions. Please notify us at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet, and include details such as the number of pets (limit of 2), their size, breed, and confirmation that they are potty-trained and well-behaved.
-Pet Fee: A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies per stay. The pet owner agrees to cover any damages or additional cleaning costs that exceed this fee.
- Yard Use: Owners must clean up after their pets immediately while using the yard.
- Supervision: Dogs may not be left alone in the unit if they are prone to excessive barking or destructive behavior.
