Vackra Custom Log Cabin - Majestic utsikt över bergen

Njut av den fridfulla, majestätiska, pittoreska, utsikten från vår egenbyggda timmerhus, "OWLS ROOST".

"OWLS ROOST" erbjuder en 180 graders panoramautsikt över Grandfather Mountain, Valle Crucis och en vacker västra solnedgång. Vårt hem ger en varm och mysig miljö för din njutning och avkoppling.

"OWLS ROOST" är bekvämt centralt beläget mellan Blowing Rock, Boone, och Banner Elk. Det är också nära till Linville, Sugar Mountain och Beech Mountain.

Vårt hem har två sovrum på första våningen och ett badrum. Vardagsrummet och matsalen har välvda tak och en stor sten spis. Köket har alla bekvämligheter och är välfyllda med alla viktiga köksredskap. Den tredje våningen har sovrummet och badrum med en stor Jacuzzi. Den tredje våningen har också ett loft med en bäddsoffa.

Den lägre nivån har en håla, spelrum (ping pong, fotboll, och den ursprungliga arkadspelet Super Mario). Den lägre nivån har ett sovrum med två sängar, ett badrum och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Huset är kopplad med Wi-Fi.

Huset har två täckt däck och en tredje öppet däck med en stor Hot Tub.

The Owl's Roost .... excellent accommodations

Best mountain cabin we have stayed in and the owner was very prompt in communicating and answering all questions leading up to our trip . I would recommend The Owl's Roost for a family trip or a friend's gathering .

Home away from Home

We had a wonderful weekend at this mountain Cabin, it truly felt like a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen for easy meal preparation, comfortable living area, nice size bed rooms with very comfortable beds. Hot tub with great views was an added bonus. The owner was very responsive, and hospitable. We will definitely stay again when in the Boone area!

Awesome cabin in Appalachian Mountains

North Carolina family reunion

We had a wonderful time! The views were incredible. A view of Grandfather Mountain from the hot tub. The house was comfortable and very quiet. Plenty of comfortable bedding. Great family reunion house.

Beautiful mountain stay

Our three generation family group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is new and very well stocked with kitchen supplies and games, including a foosball table and arcade game. We took advantage of the hot tub and wood burning fireplace, too. Since we are Florida folks used to flat straight roads, we did the drive up the narrow, winding road before dark, but it was definitely worth it for the peaceful location with a gorgeous view.

Wedding Prep

My family was able to use the cabin as we prepared for our son's wedding. Description was accurate and accommodations provided plenty of space and was conveniently close to the venue. Host was gracious and assisted when I wasnt able to find the check-in letter that also included access code. All went extremely well and was a great weekend.

Vacation trip

Located at the top of a mountain. The drive up a little scary the first time but the house suited us perfectly. Grandkids downstairs was great for them and us. They loved hot tub. Kitchen had everything you needed. A bathroom on every floor worked great also. Would definitely stay there again

Perfect family vacation!

We went to celebrate my husband’s bday! Owls’ Roost offered the perfect cozy mountain cabin... We loved the fireplace, hot tub and game room, so much fun for all! We skied but the highlight was the place for sure!

App State / ECU Game weekend getaway

Phenomenal views and fabulous mountain home! Wish we had stayed longer. We are use to the high country and this one was truly at the top of the mountain. The amenities were great and looking forward to a revisit soon!

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying at owls roost. We had everything we needed. Game room was a nice touch, especially for the kids. The hot tub was also nice after a long day of walking. The drive up to the cabin had my 80 year old parents a little nervous, the first time, but they survived.

Comfortable and antiquey

Very comfortable, all necessary ingredients for a nice fire, though some smoke does come inside the house, should clean out chimney I suppose :-). Kitchen has everything you need, we cooked some. TV situation was very good, which was nice because it was so cold and windy when we were there.

Large cabin for family gathering

Beautiful spacious cabin on the top of the mountain. Very curvy road up to the house. We enjoyed the comfortable deck with the rocking chairs and swing and the mountain view. Four bedrooms provided plenty of privacy for our extended family group. The kitchen is well equipped for the meals we chose to prepare together at home. Be advised: You are expected to provide your own sheets and towels. We were not advised of this until after renting.

Beautiful place

This is one of the best mountain houses I’ve ever stayed in. The view was gorgeous, the hot tub was relaxing, beds were comfy, and loved the location in Valle Crucis. Our toddler slept downstairs and we rented a crib from Babyquip which was really easy! Highly recommend this place. We will be back.

We are living is Greensboro and have been residing here for 43 years. We enjoy sharing our cabin in Valle Crucis and want others to relax and enjoy all the amenities that we provide. We like the close proximity of the house to the three towns (Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk).

We built our log cabin after numerous trips to the mountains. The scenery, weather, activities, and restaurants offered the perfect, restful, get-away for us. Our children loved the area and always found plenty of things to do.

We looked all over the mountains before deciding on where to purchase a lot. We were always pulled in the direction of Valle Crucis. The vintage setting and the close proximity to nearby towns was a major factor in our location pick.
