Loved It!!!

We had a small girls trip and stayed at this condo to celebrate my sister getting married, and it was exactly what we needed! Awe had an amazing time and the it was the perfect location on the beach. The owner called ahead of time to warn about construction, which ended up not being a problem at all but we appreciated the heads up so much! We loved our trip and would definitely book again!

Review

Easy check in and check out process. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Air conditioning takes at the very least 2 days to cool off the rooms. A fan was provided upstairs for this issue. If you want cold air on the first day there then book another unit. Upstairs in the bedroom the shower did not work. When the faucet in the tub was cut on it took awhile for the red water to disappear. We were unable to take out the trash the whole stay. We had to wait until the last day. On the last day the water to the complex was cut off at 9:00am. Although we had a good stay we will not be renting this particular unit again. Most of the issues were of no fault of the owner just the complex as a whole due to maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice and clean.. the tv in the upstairs master was broken and we could not get the one in the kids room to connect to the satellite.. and the sink in the upstairs bathroom would not drain properly.. other than that we liked the condo, the location and the atmosphere.

The unit itself is nicely decorated, but has been well worn. Many plumbing fixtures had parts missing. When we arrived, the temperature of our condo was in the 80s and took a full day to begin cooling down. Otherwise, the condo was fine. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was updated nicely, and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. It had everything we needed. It did get a little warm upstairs during the day, but the owner had fans in the rooms upstairs to help combat the heat, and when the sun went down it would get cold enough to run you out. We had a great stay in the condo. My only complaint wouldnt be about the condo itself, but the property, we had to be up by 5:30 am every morning to beat the beach chair service out to the beach, if not you are stuck looking at the back of beach chairs all day. They put them right up front and leave no space in between for you to even walk through. I even had one of the beach chair service boys move my things after I put them out at 5:30am so he could put the beach service chairs there. I will not be staying at Pinnacle port again until this changes because getting up at 5:30am on vacation to fight for a spot on the beach is not my idea of a good time.

Very nice property

We had a great week. Pinnacle Port is a lot quieter than many of the other properties we have stayed in. Our unit had nice finishes. They could use some additional towel and wash cloth holders/hangers in the bathrooms.
