Great view

The place is old but clean and well decorated. My main concern was to be near water and see it well from balcony. It was perfect. I would stay there again for sure. Very nice neighborhood. Some chairs on porch need to be replaced. Beautiful place to stay. AC worked good.

Pinnacle Port was Great...Condo Not So

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at Pinnacle Port on numerous vacations. This year the condo we stayed in was subpar.

Online pictures and description are not accurate

The unit was cleaned as well as it could be given the condition of the unit. However, the unit itself is extremely outdated. The condition of the unit is not represented well online. Do not judge the unit based solely on the pictures. Given the price of the stay, I would expected much better conditions. The carpet is so old and dirty it was black in spots. There has been zero upgrade or maintenance to bedding or mattresses. The air barely works. The dishwasher is so old it falls forward when the door is all the way down. There was repair to drywall in master, which was fixed but plaster was left exposed. The oven barely works and very limited on cook ware. We were unable to cook at night because of the limited cookware. The couches were dirty. We put towels over the couch and never walked in the unit without shoes. The facility and location were great. If you are looking for a unit that has been maintained, this unit will only disappoint you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Clean. We were satisfied but I have 2 concerns.....1. The elevators went out a couple times the week we were there and it made me a little apprehensive getting on to go up or down. I made sure I had my phone every time. 2. I was disappointed that there were only enough bath towels for one per person to last a week. I had to go buy laundry detergent to wash towels and wash cloths midweek. We don’t mind using a towel 2 or 3 times but not a wash cloth. The management team were very nice. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port for several years but it’s the first time we used a 3 bedroom corner unit. It was very nice to have the space. Yes, we will absolutely recommend this unit to friends and family!

Very Unhappy

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 bedroom unit sleeps eight people. We arrived to discover seven plates, seven forks and three kitchen chairs. We had to immediately re-wash the dishes due to lipstick stains on glasses and cups and crusty residue in skillets, utensils and pans. Having toddlers eat at a coffee table in the living room is not ideal. The amenities at Pinnacle Port are terrific! The pools are clean the grounds are well-kept and very pretty. However, communication the week of July 2 through the 9th was terrible. The air conditioning went out Monday night; we called Tuesday morning to let them know and did not get a reply back until Wednesday. We heard through other guests that the chiller was out and there was no air conditioning in the entire complex. Our unit has no ceiling fans and it was impossible to remain indoors during the day and impossible to sleep at night in over 90°. We heard from other guests that they were contacted by their owners and offered fans, 50% discounts, and the opportunity to leave for a full refund. We received none of this information and in fact when we complained we were told that yes they did contact us. A new chiller arrived on Thursday however, it also did not work. We were offered a 25% discount for the days they feel we were without air conditioning: Monday Tuesday, Wednesday. Since the new chiller arrived they do not count that as a day without air conditioning. The amount of our discount does not come close to matching the amount of money we spent buying fans for our own unit, and eating out because it was impossible to cook or eat in our room. We are extremely disappointed in the entire experience. We do realize that air conditioning going out is no one‘s fault however the refund, the communication, and the attitude of the staff regarding this miserable vacation was extremely disappointing.

Probably our last time at Pinnacle Port

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Pinnacle Port for over 40 years. This year and back in 2020 our rental units were dirty, had broken furniture, filthy carpet and totally lacking kitchen supplies (3 spoons?). To top off the disappointment, our elevator was broken for the first 4.5 days and we were on the 6th floor with 95 degree weather! While the property itself is fine and the location is great, we will figure out something else for our next vacation to Florida.

Pinnacle Point Steer Clear. A+ prices C-condo Terrible Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hope this will help someone else from getting bamboozled. Intermittent working electrical outlet, one pulling out from the wall 's,cable boxes, connection to tvs, routers, unplugged. Arrived on Saturday .No mamgement on property on weekends supposed to call security guard on weekends . Came 8 hour later than he said he would meet me.Knew less than I did.I called the ofice on monday. It took them 5 hours to respond. They do not answer the phone. I was never able to get them to answer. Leave message only. (try it) Their only solution was to call the cable company and waste my time getting them out. Took an hour and figured it out. Nothing plugged in. Then no batteries in half the remotes. Several lamps not plugged in. The kitchen cupboards were jam packed full with alot of stuff. Plenty of pot lids just did'nt fit any of the pots, two toasters one upside down in addition to the counter toaster oven. tupperware no lids, alot of cracked and chipped dishes alot of useless items. no tops to tuperware etc.Could have removed 2/3 of the stuff, at least would have had someplace to put groceries. One small hand towel and rag. Dishwasher broken inside, old. Cracked and gouged places in the tiles. Nasty under the sink.Beds in two rooms hard as rocks.6 Thin cheap pillows. 6 towels. Glad I only had six people in condo. Ceiling was black for 5 feet along the ceiling from large air register which was covered in dirt and grime. some other places also on registers.Ceiling peeling in two places in living room. Not great to sit and look at. Bathroom shower inserts black on floors. Paint peeling in one bathroom. Do not expect a starter shampoo. Did have some small bars of soap with a terrible smell. Had to turn one toilet off to keep it from running. Blinds needed cleaning. Could barely get patio door opened and closed.Sent signed contract three months before rental date . Had to send it again the week before rental. Groovy Brown shag carpet. Nice 70's

Spring Break with family

The view of the wrap around balcony was beautiful! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. There were lots of cosmetic issues: none of the beds were comfortable, the living room furniture is old, worn down, and honestly I did not want to sit on it. The dryer did not dry clothes hardly at all. There was a bathroom upstairs that leaked in one of our bathrooms and made the ceiling droop. Maintenance came by but said it should be fine. Multiple light bulbs were out and many lights just did not work. The shower in the master bathroom would go from hot to cold frequently, which was not good for children. There were many areas that were very dusty and dirty. We wondered how it could have passed a cleaning inspection prior to checking in a new customer. Basically, it met our needs and the view was amazing. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port multiple times and will again, just not in this condo. We know how great many of he other units are and this one is just not up to par.
