This 4th floor condo at Sanibel features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The balcony and entire living area have expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will absolutely love looking out over the water. The unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a double bed plus a twin bunk bed set in the guest bedroom. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, washer and dryer, high-end cotton linens.
Sanibel is located on West Beach Boulevard across the street from the beach. The public beach access at 13th Street is less than a one-minute walk. At Sanibel, you will feel away from it allâŠ.yet you are minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the Hangout! Another popular feature of Sanibel is its location is one block from fishing on Little Lagoon where you'll find two fishing docks, a fisherman's dream. Sanibel is unique in allowing trailer parking for its guests with boats or watercraft (jet skis and kayaks), for an additional minimal fee, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
