Njut av vår 1350 kvadratmeter stora 2 sovrum + loftlägenhet i hjärtat av Mammoth. Uppdaterad med skiffer och trägolv, granitbänk i fullt utrustat kök, 2 badrum både med badkar / dusch och separat diskbänk och tvättstuga på övervåningen. Nya skjutfönster för att släppa in den friska fjällluften, en 50 "platt-TV och Blueray-spelare i vardagsrummet, takfläkten, gratis Wifi och en mysig vedeldad spis - allt du behöver för en fantastisk Mammoth-upplevelse!

Övervåningen sovrummet har drottning säng med TempurPedic madrass. Loftet har två våningssängar och 2 enkelsängar, tvillingar kan omvandlas till King bed på begäran. Bottenvåningen sovrummet har King bed med madrass med bäddmadrass. Pullout drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Plattskärms-TV-apparater i alla sovrum och loft, en Xbox med roliga familjespel, ett bibliotek med filmer och barnens leksak, kommer du att älska att spendera tid i vår fullt lager Mammoth reträtt!

Nära allt är Mammoth Creek ett vackert underhållet komplex i en trädbevuxen och fridfull miljö. Visa den omgivande asp och tallarna från balkongen medan du lyssnar på bäcken flyter förbi. Vår byggnad går tillbaka till bäcken och ligger också intill stadens viktigaste asfalterade cykelleder, perfekt för längdskidåkning och snöskor på vintern och en 2-minuters promenad till parken och lekplatsen. Enkel åtkomst till utförsåkning, 5 minuters bilresa till Canyon eller Eagle Lodges. Den röda linjen pendelrutt stannar i slutet av Meadow Lane (en 3-minuters promenad) för en kort resa till byn, där du kan hoppa på gondolen till Canyon, eller gå runt och njuta av shopping och restauranger. Gå till Vons, biograf, bibliotek, skridskobana och restauranger på Old Mammoth Road.

Mycket barnvänligt, vi har massor av spel, barnleksaker, familjefilmer och en pack & play och booster-plats för din användning. Utomhusskidskåpet har slädar och sandleksaker. Hockey weekend

Great location close to the ice rink, groceries and town. Perfext for what oir family of 5 needed. Host was gracious and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Great Community and Location

Location of the property was awesome. Close to town but not crowded. Easy walk to bike paths, hiking paths, pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. Kitchen stocked well with everything you need for cooking. Family of five had plenty of room. Will stay again when visiting the area.

Great Ski Trip

Very close to shuttle for easy access to ski area. Lots of room for friends and everyone had plenty of room to sleep. Would return.

Best Month Ever

This property has one of the best locations in Mammoth. Walking distance to shops and food as well as Mammoth Creek right next to it. Views from the unit were mountains and trees, no other condos, etc. You can hear the creek with the windows open. Very functional and comfortable place.

Great condo

Loved the location. Quiet. Parking. The condo was perfect. It did have wood for the wood burning stove, but no kindling. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room, warm and cozy! Easy check in and good communication form property manager. The king size bed on the main floor could be updated. It is old and VERY FIRM. But maybe the owners like it that way. Enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!!!!

Very Happy

Stayed here to ring in the new year and was very happy with the condo. Communication with the host was easy and to the point along with quick responses. Condo is in a great area with everything close by. Overall 10/10 experience with the place and host.

Cozy Cabin at A Convenient Location

We had a great stay at the cabin. It is a short walk to the bus stop, the bus stops at 00,20,40 of the hour for your reference. After a day of fun at the mountain, we enjoyed family evening inside, our adult kids had fun learning how to play the VCR :) The kitchen is very well stocked.

Mammoth Creek Condos are my favorite

I have stayed at many mammoth condos over the last 40 years. This property is in good shape and the owner was lovely to us. The place is clean and on the Mammoth creek so you can hear the sound of the creek running by all day. You can also walk down to the old mammoth town area. I would stay here again.

Location is great!

The layout of this condo is perfect for two families. Lots of space for the teens, and the walking path is right outside the door. Close to the bus stop. The bathroom layout is perfect for sharing - locked doors for toilets, so sink could still be used by another. Beds are very firm - so be prepared.

Great condo

We had a great stay at this condo. It was Clean and comfortable, and the living space was large enough for our party of 7. Easy access with a door code and parking was never a problem right outside for our 2 cars. The only small issue was the lack of dry wood for the fire and no lighter. The fire wood was buried under snow on the deck, it would have been nice to have a supply available. Would stay again, thank you!

Bedroom pillows were smelly and flat. Upstair TV in bedroom did not work. Living room TV cable box and DVD player did not work Not enough face towels. Only 2 face were provided. Scatter rugs at times were a hazard....a person could trip

condo good and bad

Condo was great. We are 4 former coaches that come up each year at this time to fish and watch football. The fishing was awful and the television cable box was non operable. I was not informed of this prior to arriving so I called and was told that we could watch the game in a bedroom with a small tv and no chairs. Should have been compensated somehow.

Awesome communication with owner; place was clean, well stocked location is perfect for all that Mammoth has to offer. Pool/ jacuzzi we're in great working order and very welcoming after a day of hiking and biking!

Comfortable Stay

This place did not have a shortage of videos, dvds and books as well as games for the family. It was convenient that parking was right out front and Kelly was also super responsive. Some areas of improvement are that there were not enough toilet paper and small trash can bags (which we took care of by just throwing most of the items into the kitchen trash can). Also the internet was a bit spotty / unreliable. Aside from that though, Kelly's condo was cozy and located near a bike path so on the days we couldn't go to the slopes, we biked around town.

We LOVE Mammoth. Our kids LOVE Mammoth. It is the perfect summer vacation spot for hiking, biking, playing outdoors, fishing, swimming, and going on lots of adventures. And of course, in winter the skiing and snowboarding just can't be beat!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The property is impeccably managed and well maintained. The onsite amenities are fabulous, including a private tennis court, swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, sauna, men's and women's changing rooms. The location is perfect, you can walk to the driving range, to the playground/park, take a stroll along the creek and fish, hop on your bike and ride down the bike trail, all right behind our complex. In the winter it's away from the hustle of the Village, but only a short drive to Canyon Lodge or a quick hop on the red line and the village gondola. Really, it's the best of both worlds, winter and summer.
