The property was excellent overall. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the host was fantastic. The home had everything we needed, and it was even more spacious than we expected. I would definitely stay here again with my family. The only suggestion I have is to consider upgrading the mattress in the downstairs bedroom at some point. Other than that, our stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this property.

Our stay took place during the summer month of July. Definitely don’t want to use this place when it’s hot as it has no AC or fans in the rooms. Only fan was in the living room. Even with the windows open the place can get stuffy, so squirmy kids at night in a hot house is no good. Upside is parking was easy, washer and dryer in house, and close to shops.

Thank you for your comments on our condo. Unfortunately there are very few places in Mammoth with air conditioning since the weather usually doesn't get hot enough to need it. However, there should have been fans in the closets in each bedroom and in the loft, so thank you for noting that they are missing. We have had to replace them several times over the years so we will look into getting bigger, standing units that will not 'walk away'.

Perfect condo for family

This condo had plenty of room for our whole family. It's in a great location close to the town trails, restaurants, shopping, meadows, and hiking. The complex is beautiful and has a nicely sized pool and two jacuzzis.

Home away from home!

This is the third time we've chosen Mammoth Creek as our summer get away. We love being able to walk to the store, or along the creek, or hop on the Jolly Trolly to go to the Village or the lakes. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. We'll be back!

Mammoth Creek Condos are my favorite

I have stayed at many mammoth condos over the last 40 years. This property is in good shape and the owner was lovely to us. The place is clean and on the Mammoth creek so you can hear the sound of the creek running by all day. You can also walk down to the old mammoth town area. I would stay here again.

Cozy Cabin at A Convenient Location

We had a great stay at the cabin. It is a short walk to the bus stop, the bus stops at 00,20,40 of the hour for your reference. After a day of fun at the mountain, we enjoyed family evening inside, our adult kids had fun learning how to play the VCR :) The kitchen is very well stocked.
