It looked like the patio was closer to the beach/pool, but it was actually closer to the coffee shop... not even a 2 minute walk. It was still perfect with quick access anywhere we needed.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is so nice being on the ground floor and not having to take the elevators up and down every day. Highly recommend!

Great Spot would definitely return

We rented this and the condo next door to celebrate Christmas as a party of 11- adult cousins and their families. It worked great for our purposes, love being on the ground floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jaime’s condo. It was clean and just as advertised. Great location with easy access to pools, coffee, restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

4th of July

Had a great 4th as Las Paloma’s. The resort does a great job with activities and fireworks. The condo was a great ground floor location. We will stay here again.

Spacious

We really enjoyed the spacious feel of the unit and the ground floor has it's benefits. Just would like to be able to have 8 wristbands because the resort would not allow it with a half room. Technically this is a two bedroom according to the resort.

Beautiful property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We went down for my son's last Spring Break of college and had a couple of his friends join us. Accurate details, easy check in, beautiful place. We loved that it was on the ground floor for ease of unpacking and getting to the pool. We appreciated all encounters we had with staff. We would book again.

**DO NOT RENT. HOST DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY

Host/owners refused to accept our cancellation and provide a refund after border was closed to Rocky point by US government. US embassy warned Americans not to travel through other borders as Americans were being attacked and murdered. In addition, one of the other borders was flooded. Host refused to cancel and refund us stating they traveled there and their family made it fine. Had no consideration that I was traveling for other families and although they may have made it, this is our first time there and our families could have been murdered. Other family members booked at three other condos at the same hotel and all were canceled and refunded. House also refused to refund half of my money. Although I requested to cancel within the allotted time to get half of my refund back. Jose emailed me and asked me to extend my cancellation and see if the border would open. After agreeing to wait then they said I canceled too late. I suggest you book with the other hosts, not this one.

Can't wait to rebook

A perfect location. Loved the spacious patio to hang out. We reserved two rentals next to each other and it worked perfectly for our group. Everything was clean and the staff checked in daily to freshen up the space for us. We enjoyed using the outdoor grills for our evening meals. Can't wait to return!

Fantastic Vacation!!

This unit was the best, short walk to the lazy river, pool bar, and the beach. Unit was clean and stocked. Housekeeping was awesome. All around great place to stay with your family. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again!!

Great Unit

This was our first time staying in Phase 2 as we usually stay in Phase 1 and it was just as lovely. This ground floor unit was in the perfect location and very accessible and I don't think I would ever not stay on the ground floor as well. The unit has all the amentities needed. We had a bit of an issue with the A/C but that has happened in the past and maintaince is quick to resolve the issue. There bedrooms were nice. The one bedroom with the twin bed is small. We bought a child's cot to put in there and there was no room but the kids did enjoy the pull out sleeper sofa. Overall, great stay and great unti!
