Offering two king sized beds and two singles, a comfortable lounge suite to host the whole gang, a large deck and backyard overlooking breath-taking views of the rolling hills of Encounter Bay and beyond.

Nearby, enjoy scenic walks, ocean swims and delicious eats along the Esplanade. We are a short drive into Victor Harbor town centre.

This is the perfect base for a relaxed getaway ~ all year round!

As soon as you arrive you will know you've made the right decision to holiday here! Enjoy the relaxed and tasteful decor throughout, simply unpack your bags and settle in.....

The cottage features three bedrooms, all fitted with comfortable mattress', premium linens and ceiling fans.

Kickback and relax on the large, comfortable lounge, enjoying complimentary Netflix and WIFI for those moments of chill needed on any getaway. There is a split system air-conditioning system that will keep you cozy in winter and cool in summer.

Utilise the fully-stocked kitchen or cook outside on the stunning deck and BBQ whilst the kids (or big kids) enjoy the lawned spaces to play cricket or kick the footy.

Our cottage is family-friendly with a portacot, highchair (available on request) and toys for the little ones!

Fabulous Encounter!

This is a terrific home with wonderfully luxurious king size beds in two rooms! The backyard was lovely to sit in and look out across the fields. It is incredibly well located just outside the chaos of Victor but close enough to feel part of things. The kitchen was well appointed and well stocked. There were lovely touches like spare toothbrushes and the loungeroom is a lovely communal family space. The driveway is a challenge but not insurmountable (unless you have mobility issues). We loved Whalers restaurant - amazing views and terrific food, great service too! We would love to come back.

Could not have asked for better.

House was great. Rooms spacious and clean. Everything you needed was there. Loved the patio, sitting out there for coffee etc and the view. There was only one thing that I didn't like and it was the driveway. Quite steep. And quite hilly when walking my dog but that was me. Highly recommend and communication was great with the host.
