IMPORTANT CHECK-IN DETAILS:

* Age Requirement: Must be 18+ to check in.


* Resort Fee: $40 + tax per night (charged at check-in, paid directly to the resort)


* Security Deposit: $250 hold placed by the building upon arrival


* Valet Parking: $35 + tax per night

* Beach Chair Reminder:
 Chairs are first come, first served and cannot be reserved. We recommend heading out early during busy seasons!

* Optional Housekeeping
Mid-stay cleaning is available for $165, provided by a third-party cleaning company.

* Package Service
Need to receive packages during your stay? No problem! Just bring a valid photo ID to pick up your delivery.

Pickup Hours & Fees:
- 8 AM – 4 PM (Daily): $5.50 (includes tax + service fee)
- After Hours: $27.50 (includes tax + service fee)

Note: Owners are not charged unless the package is under another person’s name.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

* Beach Towels provided by the beach service must stay on the beach.

* Wristbands are required for use of all resort amenities.

* Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone.

* Late Check-Out Fee: $120 for 2 extra hours (must be arranged at least one day in advance).

LOCAL TIP:

The unit is equipped with essentials for short-term stays. For anything extra, you’ll find supermarkets, shops, and local stores just a short distance away to restock based on your needs.

* BUGS & CRITTERS: We regularly treat the space, but this is a tropical climate - please help keep critters out by keeping doors closed.
