Welcome to our charming two-bedroom house featuring a private pool. The spacious living area is bathed in natural light, connecting seamlessly to a modern kitchen with all the essentials. Each bedroom offers ample space and comfort, ideal for relaxation.
Step outside to discover your private oasis – a beautiful pool surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for sunbathing and evening swims. The outdoor area also features a comfortable seating area and a barbecue grill, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, this home provides both tranquility and convenience. You'll be close to an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making this the perfect home base for your Miami adventure. Enjoy the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living in this delightful property, offering everything you need for a memorable and relaxing experience.
· 15 mins walk to a modern plaza with great restaurants and shops
· 15 mins drive to one of the best beaches in Florida

The guests will be able to access the property with a unique code provided before the check-in.
Other things to note:
- Please note that all guests must sign a Liability Agreement prior to check-in. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We look forward to hosting you.
- Parking on the driveway is not permitted. Kindly park your vehicle in the designated parking lot adjacent to the house (2 cars max).
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
- The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
- Please note that is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
- Kindly note: the house offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
