This is a tranquil vacation home with 4 bedrooms (2 King and 2 Queen) plus den with full sized futon sofa and large patio area with beautiful pool boasting a small water feature within the sundeck for optimal lounging! Brand new construction February 2023. This house has a very sleek, relaxed and comfortable modern vibe, which we think youâll love.
Location:
- in the peaceful residential neighborhood in SE Cape Coral
- Shopping at all fan favorites such as Publix, Target, Lowes, etc are just around the corner along with quick access to many local restaurants and bars.
- Easy access to Fort Myers historic downtown, Fort Myers beach, Sanibel & Captiva and beyond.
Living area:
As you enter the home, you immediately get a sense of modern space. You've found your tranquil vacation oasis! The living room area has plenty of comfortable seating, a 42" Amazon Fire TV with cable and access to all of the popular streaming apps, such a Netflix, Prime video, etc. There is a beautifully decorated, open and spacious kitchen area complete with an island that seats 4.
Kitchen:
Accessed from the living area and dining area, it is fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as many smaller ones, **including a blender for those healthy morning smoothies (or cocktails!), a toaster, hand mixer**
There is plenty of dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans to create home cooked meals.
All coffee lover's needs will be met with a drip coffee pot & hot water kettle along with starter amounts of coffee, pods, tea and sugar to get you going in the morning.
Dining:
Through the kitchen is an area with a dining table for a more formal, larger sit-down meal overlooking the pool/patio area.
The master bedroom is on the right side of the house and has a king size bed, Roku TV, 2 walk in closets and private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There are glass sliding doors with direct access to the patio and pool area.
On the other side of the house are 3 more bedrooms, with a king size bed and 2 queen sized beds. All bedrooms have closets with plenty of space for clothes and luggage storage. You will find bedding located in each closet or the bathroom linen closet. All three bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer located off of the kitchen/garage entrance. You will also find a starter amount of laundry products and cleaning products. The home is also equipped with a **vacuum, broom, mop, iron and ironing board.**
In the garage you will find a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella with anchor and pool floaties. Weâd really appreciate it if you could return all beach items clean and ready for the next personâs use. There is also an inflatable pump.
Outside space:
There is a large patio area with covered outdoor seating for 6 within a conversational seating area with coffee table. Outdoor chefs will love the grill as you can cook up a feast and still be in the midst of sociable conversation with everyone.
The pool is large enough to float for hours on one of the many floaties available, or take a nap poolside, on one of the four loungers.
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

SE Cape Coral is a great location and base for exploring the surrounding areas and SW Florida as a whole. SW 13th St is a quiet residential street and is situated just off Chiquita Blvd S and Veterans Memorial Parkway, where you will find many stores as well as restaurants, ranging from pizza to sushi and everything in between!
It is also located about 5-10 minutes from the Cape Coral bridge over to Fort Myers, with its lively historic downtown area, filled with restaurants, bars and shops. Fort Myers beach is a 25-45 minute drive (depending on traffic - which can be heavy Jan-Mar) and Sanibel is a similar distance away. Naples, Bonita Springs and Marco Island are all a little further south, but easily accessible.
If you are lucky, you may spot one of the many beautiful Burrowing Owls that have made their home in Cape Coral. They are protected and make their home in the ground, as their name suggests. However, please respect them - observe from a distance, and do not feed them!
A top tip - the Cape can be confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area, as there are so many canals and waterways. It may help to know that 'Streets' and 'Terraces' run east to west, and 'Avenues', 'Places' and 'Courts' run north to south. When looking for an address, be sure to have it correct. SW 15th Terrace, is in a completely different place from SW 15th Avenue, for example.
Also be aware that Veterans Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway bridges, that connect Fort Myers with Cape Coral, are toll bridges. Charges are done automatically and are around $5/car if you have a SunPass, or $7 with no SunPass.
There is also a comprehensive Uber and Lyft network if you don't feel like driving.
Please inquire BEFORE booking, about pets. We will consider some but would like to know something about them first. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.
Minimum booking age is 25.
Pets. We will consider small dogs (no cats) under 35lbs but ONLY with approval. Please inquire BEFORE booking and tell us a little about your furry family member. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee. If we give permission for a furry guest, please ensure they stay off the furniture, beds and out of the pool. Non-shedding breeds preferred and dangerous breed restrictions apply.
Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming poolâs existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.
**The pool can be heated and is serviced once a week (usually on ** but occasionally **). Please do not touch the pool controls and please notify us if there is an issue. Thank you for your understanding! Pool charge for heat is $15/night April through December.
This home is a private residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 9pm.
Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.
We know you will be considerate, but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. You will be charged a $750 refundable damage deposit.
