Guest access
You will have access to the whole space, including the game room in the garage and the fire pit right outside.
There is river access through the forest part of the property, but I would recommend going on the neighboring property to access the river (it's a tiny state park that consists of a boat launch and a short trail to access the riverfront with lots of rocks and riverbanks you can walk around on). In general, there is a bit more space and maintance there.
Other things to note
âą Children are more than welcome to be here and it's such a fun place for them to enjoy. They'll definitely enjoy throwing rocks in the river and the games provided. But the home/property is not childproof, so keeping an eye on the kids is required (ex. home has a loft that overlooks the living room. This is a riverfront property, and the river does have a strong current.)
âą Coffee bar consists of an espresso machine and grinder, as well as a French press and an electric kettle. Bring your favorite coffee beans, or enjoy the ones provided.
âą Bring your own firewood! A limited amount of firewood will be provided.
