Essential Amenities:
- Water: The home utilizes well water with a state-of-the-art filtration system for safety and cleanliness. For drinking, we have installed a new Reverse Osmosis system and it is a sperate faucet that is marked in the sink

- Entertainment: Our living space and master bedroom includes a TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. Log in to your own streaming services. For free cable use the LGTV channels that have news and some sports channels
- Outdoor Fun: Two bicycles are available for exploring local trails. Please use them responsibly as we cannot assume liability for any incidents during their use.
- Please do NOT use the garage to park your car - we use that as our Game Room. there is sufficient space to park 2 cars in the driveway.

- Pest Control: We proactively manage Florida's natural ecosystem with professional pest control to ensure your comfort.

Safety and Comfort:
- Child Proofing: The house is not fully childproofed. Supervision of young children is necessary to ensure their safety.
- Laundry Room: A washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs, allowing you to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No smoking/vaping on the property.
- Strict no-pet policy.

Note to Contractors renting this property:
- We only allow 2 vehicles - no heavy load trucks - on the property.
- Please be careful with linens and sheets, towels etc
- Muddy shoes and equipment to be left outside
- extra equipment and vehicles can be parked at Lowes with their permission, but under no condition can they parked on the lawns or the sidewalks or the neighbors property.

Check In
 Touch the lock and 2 numbers appear – touch these numbers and the keypad will light up. Enter passkey and it will unlock

 TV's are Internet based and connected to Wifi. There are no channels. Please use your streaming services like Netflix, Disney + and Prime or LG TV's channels for sports and news
 You can Park on the driveway. Please don’t use the garage if you don’t have to. There are bikes and boxes inside and the space is tight
 Please be nice and respectful in the neighborhood. Drive slowly and obey traffic signs. They live long term there and we would like to keep good relations with all of them
 Please dont bring sand into the house, leave sandy footwear outside and hose them off if needed
 There are a lot of fine decorative art pieces in the house. Please do not allow children to touch them or move them – they are delicate and can break. These pieces were selected with great care to provide the ambience and serenity for the house. Much appreciated !!
 Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the house or outside on the premises. Evidence of smoking will result in additional fees and costs to remove the damage

 No LOUD Partying or music - lets be reasonable and respect our neighbors. Quiet times are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
 No pet policy and followed very strictly
 No illegal activity or illicit drugs will be tolerated
 Check in and Check out times are strictly to be followed in order for us to prepare the house for our next Guest. Check in after 4:00 pm and check out by 11:00 am.
 # of Guests - please restrict occupancy to number of Guests that are reflected in the booking. At any time we are unable to allow more than the Occupancy of the house as allowed by the State.

WATER:
 PLEASE NOTE: The water is well water and we installed a brand new filtration system to keep the water clean and safe for general use. We Recommend use of bottled water for drinking during your stay
