Nicest rental we have had!

This place is truly terrific! Comfy bed, creature comforts and super clean!! Location is close to everything and host was great. We were worried about parking the second car, no problem at all across the street. Book this place, you won’t be disappointed. We will be back!

Lovely Woodbridge Condo

This area was perfect for long walks and breakfasts at local bakery. We didn’t use the water sports but boats were available for very close lakes. The owner was super responsive, although there wasn’t much to have to ask for, it was all there. Quiet comfortable condo

Lovely property. Very well maintained with easy access to parking and short walk to pool. Eric made life easy with all the accoutrements necessary for an enjoyable long term stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to unexpected medical problem. Also, a short walk to shopping including supermarket, bagel store, restaurants, etc. hopefully , we shall return next season.

Awesome home base

This property was an awesome home base for our family! Upstairs loft provided a great work from home option during our stay. Walkable to 4th of July fireworks, walkable to grocery/coffee shops, easy freeway access & neighborhood ammenities!

Excellent location, so clean and great communication.

We found Eric’s place to be so very warm, inviting. He was lightening fast communicating with us. He handled a sticky situation for us with grace, ease and professionalism. We loved the pool across the street from the condo.

Fantastic Property, Accommodating Owner, Disappointing Check-out

Because I was traveling solo with my 3-month old son for the first and last weeks of my 6-week trip to Orange County, it was really important to me that I stay in a safe location that required very little effort from to check in or out. Heaven knows I had my hands full! The check-in process was seamless, and the overall stay was quite fantastic. The owner was accommodating any time I had a request, and he even sent someone to change out the shower head because I told him it wasn't very functional as it was very blocked with limescale, etc. Any question I had was answered immediately. My only issue was the check-out. First, I did not receive the long list of check-out expectations until after my full stay was paid and not refundable. Second, I was asked to leave earlier than the 10am checkout time originally because he had someone checking in later in the day (in spite of the listing specifically stating that there would be a minimum of 2 days between guests for Covid safety reasons). He ultimately agreed to allow me until the originally agreed 10am time to leave, but on the condition that I begin doing laundry for the cleaning team to aid in the time crunch created by the immediate rental following that afternoon. He also agreed to let me keep my bags in the living room until my ride to the airport arrived at 12:30. In the end, we had to send my son back with my husband, a week earlier than planned, so I could do laundry whilst prepping to leave. A disappointing ending but otherwise okay.

Irvine Retreat

Could not ask for a more relaxing, safe and complete location. The pools, parks and walking trails are right outside your door. Lots of grass, trees and quiet are seldom found in such close proximity to food and shopping. The patio is nice for BBQ’s and just watching the world walk by. We will be back soon!

I would go back any day!

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, QUITE AND COZY! I stayed by myself for a month and worked from there as well. The internet speed is over 100MB, therefore had no issues. The lovely home is stocked with just about anything you will need. It is located across from the park and has a nice view. Fully stocked with linens and towels; smart TV allows you to log into your Netflix and Amazon accounts. The porch is a nice space to enjoy the evenings. I enjoyed beautiful walks to the S. Lake everyday and enjoyed going to the Oakcreek Golf club which is also very close. Eric was very responsive to my questions. I had a lovely. peaceful and great month. THANK YOU!

Ideal for three to four people

Great size, location and neighborhood. Very quiet, easy parking. Place needs some updating in kitchen. Could use new pots and pans, new silverware, new cooktop.

Great location, great house!

This is a great rental! Walking distance to pools, parks, restaurants and more! The place is very quiet and clean and comfortable. You feel at home :) the owner is very helpful and attends to any needs you may have. Highly recommend!

Great central location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Eric is very attentive and responsive. I am a golfer who loves to play and watch golf. The townhouse didn’t have the golf channel. I sent Eric an email asking him to add it to his cable service. Within 15 minutes of my asking him, he had it working. It’s the little things that count, thanks Eric. The unit is very quiet and comfortable. Nice patio with a park and pool across the street.

Fantastic Orange County location!

This is a wonderful townhouse in Irvine. The place is very clean with up to date furnishings. It is within walking distance to food and Starbucks. It is 5 minutes from U of C Irvine and 10-15 minutes drive to Chapman U. The owner is super easy to work with and follows up to make sure everything is going well upon arrival and during the stay. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend - great property!

My small family and I stayed for four months during an executive project. It was a perfect fit. The home is clean, well appointed, and well maintained. Woodbridge is an excellent community with plenty of walking/biking trails and fun parks/pools for the little ones. Owner is easy to deal with and has a home to be proud of. Great visit! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location in Woodbridge

The location in Woodbridge is directly across the street from an adult pool and down the block from a family pool. Tennis courts and a walking path along the lake is short walk away. The community of Woodbridge is well maintained and safe. There is easy access to freeways, shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Eric responded quickly to anything that might come up.

Very nice and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay again. We have stayed before and will again. This rental is clean and bright and well stocked to meet our needs. The location is great and grandkids are close. It is among the nicest we have stayed in.
