Welcome to Escondido Beach's finest home! Lavish and luxurious, this upscale bright and airy contemporary home features a 20 foot high glass rotunda upon entry, fold-up windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean with only the most exquisite furnishings and a trendy beach aesthetic.

This home is truly an indoor-outdoor paradise retreat! It's also part of a unique community in Malibu that has access to Escondido Beach, a private beach with pristine waters steps away from your doorstep.

There are 2 bedrooms on each floor. Upstairs we have the 1st master bedroom with a California King-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Downstairs we have the 2nd master bedroom with a king bed and a bonus room with 2 full beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Kitchen and dining are fully equipped with custom cabinets and Viking appliances.

On the outside, prepare for endless decadent ocean views, extra-large terraces on each floor and an immaculate grassy lawn to entertain or relax on.

High-speed Wifi of up to 500 Mbps, BBQ, lounge chairs, outdoor dining and free parking spot in front of the house are all provided during your stay!

* The person making the reservation must be 35 years old or older.

* Pets are only allowed for minimum of 7 days rental. Maximum of 2 small pets only (cats and dogs), weighing up to less than 25 lbs. No pet on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

*Note: The guest can park anywhere in the street in front of the house.
