Located in Little Tuscany / Chino Canyon, RETRO Relaxation Palm Springs is 1/2-mile from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and 5 minutes north of the heart of Palm Springs with everything it has to offer. Whether you're looking for casual or fine dining, nightlife, sightseeing, hiking in the San Jacinto mountains, shopping or attending one of the BIG EVENTS, it's all easily accessible from RETRO Relaxation Palm Springs.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Inside, relax on a comfortable sofa in view of an 83-inch Smart TV. Put your feet up, exhale and remind yourself you're on vacation. Outside, a newly renovated sparkling fresh-water pool will cool the hot sunny days; and the hot tub will warm you on those rare but chilly evenings. Work up a sweat and a laugh under the outdoor party lights with a game of ping-pong, nap in one of the two outdoor swinging egg-chairs or just lounge in the sun. Afterwards you can wash the day away in the outdoor RETRO surfboard-shower.
During the winter months (October 1st through May 1st) the pool temperature can be very chilly ... yes, even cool. If you would like the pool heated, there is a $100/night heating fee, billed 'separately' and is optional. The hot tub (set at 101 degrees) is always available at no additional fee.
The entire house and Casita are yours to enjoy and relax and the pool, hot-tub and fire pit area are all private.
Pricing may vary depending on holidays and events happening in the Coachella Valley.
Upon acceptance of your reservation a guest over the age of 25 will be required to sign a Rental Agreement.
The City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
The City of Palm Springs requires that the responsible party or renter (the GUEST) be 25 years of age or older. The responsible party will need to provide a scanned copy of a government-issued ID at the time booking.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits of 6. This includes all children and infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home (3 cars max).
We want you to enjoy your stay and remember this is not a "party house", so please be respectful and mindful that this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
