I söderläge med utsikt över en sjö inkluderar denna rena och ljusa lägenhet två LCD-TV-apparater, DVD-spelare, ett fullt utrustat kök, strandstolar, handdukar, sängkläder etc. Telefonlinje, kabel-tv och internet ingår.

Vår lägenhet är centralt beläget i norra Neapel och gated community har en privat sol / skugga pool, bubbelpool, racquetball domstol, fullt gym, grill, tennisbana och lekplats. Bara 10 minuter från de vackra vita sandstränderna i Gulf Coast. Mindre än 15 minuters bilresa från de avancerade restaurangerna och shoppingområdena i historiska Downtown Naples, Waterside Shops och nybyggda Mercatto-komplexet. Nära till livsmedelsbutiker, köpcentrum och 20 biograf teater. 25 minuter från Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

Lokal upplevelse: Ägare av denna fastighet har besökt Neapelområdet i över ett decennium och kan dela sin kunskap om regionen för att hjälpa dig att få ut det mesta av din tid i sydvästra Florida. De är också ivrig golfare och kan rekommendera lokala golfbanor. Lägenheten komplex har nyligen ersatt pool möbler och uppgraderat några av träningsutrustning samt racquetball domstol. Ägarna gör gärna särskilda arrangemang för din vistelse inklusive regelbunden städning, tidnings- eller postleverans och förbättrade kabel-tv-paket.

Short Get-Aways: Walt Disney World är ungefär 3 timmar norr och kan besökas på en dagstur, men de flesta besökare tillbringar en natt eller två i Orlando innan de återvänder till Neapel.

Miami och South Beach, hem till art deco-distriktet och kända stränder ligger bara 2 timmars bilresa österut. West Palm Beach, ett annat populärt resmål, är cirka 2,5 timmar nordost.

Key West är en populär avslappnad och pittoresk stad vid den sydligaste punkten i USA. För att nå staden är det en 5 timmes bilresa genom Florida Keys, men det finns en höghastighets färja från Neapel som når Key West i ca 3 timmar. Många människor använder detta alternativ som en lätt och avkopplande dagsutflykt.

Everglades National Park är mindre än 30 minuter öster om Neapel och erbjuder utmärkta djurlivsturer för fågelskådare och alligator chasers.

Alternativa flygplatser: Alternativa flygplatser är West Palm Beach (PBI), Fort Lauderdale (FLL) och Miami (MIA) med frekventa internationella flyg. Loved it at the Reserve

Great stay. Resort-like atmosphere, but home-like living in well equipped 2 BR condo. Deck view of lake is great! Host very helpful.

very nice condo in a very nice well-maintained gated community....beautiful pool and very good gym....friendly and helpful owner....4 stars and not 5 because of the nearby highway noise which was a surprise...

Wir waren sehr mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles war vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf den See in der Früh beim Frühstück war wunderschön. Man konnte Fische, Schildkröten und sogar Krokodile beobachten.

Tranquille et agréable

Le condo et tous ses divertissements, le confort, la belle vue du balcon, la magnifique piscine, le gym et la tranquillité des des lieux. Naples est une belle ville avec beaucoup de circulation donc difficile de circuler en vélo pour aller à la plage. De plus, le condo n'a pas d'emplacement pour remiser les vélos en toute sécurité. Pour le reste, tout était parfait!

Perfect for long term stay

My husband worked three weeks in Naples. Mark was amazing to work with. His unit was well stocked, clean and had a view of the pond and water fountain. We were close to restaurants and grocery.

Beautiful condo complex

We had such a wonderful stay, Mark was a fantastic host. He was so easy to work with and felt more like a friend. The pool area is lovely and the grounds are well kept. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful condo, great view, even better hosts!

We had a great time at Mark and Brent's beautiful condo. They were very helpful and responsive. Everything was exactly as listed. The condo was equipped with everything needed, and had great lake views. We would definitely stay there again (in fact, just reserved it for a long term stay) :)

What a great vacation !

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was clean, updated, and well stocked. The lake view from our lanai was beautiful with the lighted fountains! The.best part was the beautiful heated swimming pool and hot tub! Everything was very well maintained and very clean. The owner, Mark, was very cooperative and friendly. We definitely would like to come back again and would recommend this condo to our friends and relatives. John

Great condo in a great location!

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was definitely a winner! The condo we rented in Naples was in an ideal location close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It was also spotlessly clean when we arrived with everything in good working order. We were particularly delighted with the view which looked out over a lake and fountain that was lit each night. The development has a really nice pool that we enjoyed on several non-beach days as well as an exercise room that has the basics and is also very clean. Mark could not have been nicer to work with and was patient with us as "VRBO beginners". He sent us detailed instructions prior to our arrival, as well as suggestions for fun things to do in Naples. This unit and its owners would definitely be our first choice for a return stay in Naples. It provided the perfect combination of convenience, quality, and value for our money. We were really sorry to leave!

nice community, pool and workout room

Nice gated property with pool, workout room. We stayed for 3 weeks and wanted a property more inland and not right in the beach. Good location and still easy to get to the beaches. The unit was clean and well equipped.

Another Relaxing Stay

This was our second stay at this condo. For us, this is a great place relax. We made full use of the sun flat overlooking the lake, the warm pool, and the hot tub. If you like shopping at Bealls, Ross, TJ Maxx, Burlington, etc., they are all located very close by. We dined at Outback, Olive Garden, Rib City, Pinchers, Steak and Shake, Perkins .... most dining places imaginable are all close by. The Naples Pier/Beach is close by, as well as downtown Naples, where you can shop or watch the Lamborghini's, Ferrari's and Rolles Royce's drive by. Thanks to Mark and Brent for another nice stay! Perfect for me

I absolutely loved my visit. The place was as advertised - even better. It was very clean when I arrived. I had 2 very minor issues while I was there and the owners got it taken care of immediately. Mark was great to deal with via email... very understanding, polite and respectful. I'm going back later this year. I think that says it all.

We're coming back!

This place is about as good as it gets. It was cleaned thoroughly upon arrival. There are 2 bedroom areas, each with their own bathroom. Also included was a washer and dryer, which very handy for long stays. Pretty much everything was included except for food. The balcony overlooks a lake with a number of fountains that light up at night. There is some wildlife like birds diving for food, and we also saw a large turtle. The pool area is absolutely awesome - heated to about 88-90F, and a hot tub heated to around 102-104F. Adjacent to the pool and lake is a sun tanning flat. As my wife can attest to, there is tons of shopping nearby. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and a liquor/beer store that has just about every brand that you can imagine. There are beaches nearby - we spent the day at the Naples Pier and beach (a great spot). My daughter and wife went to the Naples Zoo nearby........ There are plenty of day excursions very close by. Wunderschöner Urlaub

Als wir die Türe der Ferienwohnung aufschlossen, waren wir sofort begeistert. Uns erwartete eine großzügige und sehr schön geschnittene Wohnung, die sehr sauber und gepflegt war. Atemberaubend war der Ausblick auf einen See, dessen Wasserfontänen am Abend beleuchtet wurden. Wie gern haben wir auf diesen See gesehen. Am liebsten hätten wir ihn eingerollt und mit nach Hause genommen ;-) Der Balkon ist komplett mit einem Moskitonetz umrahmt, so dass man ohne Stiche draußen sitzen kann. Der Vermieter Mark ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und war bei Fragen immer schnell per eMail erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, was sich als sehr vorteilhaft erwies. Die Poolanlage war gepflegt und wurde nicht viel genutzt. Manchmal waren wir ganz alleine an diesem tollen Pool. Auch der Fitnessraum war sehr gepflegt und mit guten Geräten ausgestattet. In der Nähe des Fitnessraums gibt es auch noch einen Raum mit Drucker und PC, was sich ebenfalls als sehr nützlich erwies. Wir haben uns hier zum Beispiel Karten für Seaworld ausgedruckt, die im Onlineverkauf günstiger waren. Wir haben in diesem Urlaub auch sehr oft Angebote von Groupon genutzt. In der Wohnung selber befindet sich ein Laptop und es gibt natürlich WLAN. Die geräumige Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben den Kühlschrank wirklich lieben gelernt. Der Eiswürfelspender fehlt uns zuhause jetzt schon, war eine ganz tolle Sache. Wir haben die Wohnung mit 2 Erwachsenen und einer 17jährigen Tochter bewohnt. Wir können diese Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und hoffen, dass wir eines Tages wieder ins wunderschöne Florida kommen können. Besonders Naples hatte uns gut gefallen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, an den wir mit Sicherheit noch oft denken werden. Die Strände in Naples sind traumhaft. Der Sand ist so weiss wie Puderzucker. Nicht verpassen sollte man den Sonnenuntergang am Naples Pier. Ich habe kaum was schöneres gesehen. Am Naples Pier waren auch immer Delfine zu sehen. Einmal haben wir sogar Adlerrochen gesehen. Durch die vielen Angler erlebt man am Naples Pier eigentlich immer was. Vielen Dank, lieber Mark, für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und den guten Service. Super je recommande!

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours et nous sommes entièrement satisfait de l'accueil, de l'appartement et des prestations proposées. Ce Condo est très bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre de Naples, des commerces et de la plage. Les propriétaires sont charmants et mettent même à notre disposition la vignette pour le parking gratuit à la plage ! Le logement est au 2ème étage donc pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Il se situe près de la route 75 donc un peu bruyant lorsque vous êtes sur la terrasse. Je recommande ce logement et j y retournerais dès que possible.

Nice Appartment - Attentive Owners

We stayed in the appartment january-february 2013 for a winter escape from the cold north. The Reserve is not a real holiday resort, but more a normal resident condominion area. Topfloor appartment, quiet neighbours. Sourroundings well organized and well kept. Area large enough for a 15 minuts walk. We did not use the pool-area etc. much, but it seemed rather well kept. When sunbathing we experienced the furniture around needed to be cleaned (greasy and some dirty). The appartment is well equipped, has good beds and well-functioning kitchen. Bathrooms normal standard for an appartment of this type. The view to the lake is unbeatable and the top level, south orientation gives much light. The owners are really attentive, responsive and responsible. The only drawback to this nice appartment is the US-75 only 200-250 yards away. Our own appartment in Europe is at a street with high trafic load and we have of course 3-layer special windows etc., but none of the appartments at The Reserve has any noise dampening devices. For people living in central parts of big towns, this might not be a problem, but for us, it meant, that we did not use the nice patio and moved to the 2nd bedroom (which in no ways was bad), which is more protected, than the master bedroom. Wonderful Reserve Condo

Your condo was perfect for us. We really enjoyed it. It was clean, quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The condo was also appropriately priced. We also liked its close proximity to great shopping, delightful restaurants, Naples and excellent golf courses. The pool, hot tub and gym were a bonus for us and our grand-children who visited us on two occasions. We really appreciated the exceptional view of the lake and the outstanding sunsets. Being a Canadian hockey enthusiast, I would have like a tv package which provided a healthier pick of sports events. Overall though, we would stay there again and will certainly recommend it to our friends who will likely visit Naples in the future. Mark, thanks for your help. Your instructions and descriptions regarding the specifics of the property were clear and informative.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful Condo, there is everything you need. A short drive to the beach. The only complaint from my kids was that the pool closed at 8pm. If we ever travel to Naples again, and we hope to, we will definitely rent this condo again. The owner was very easy to work with and was available whenever we had a question or a concern.

Beautiful Naples

This was a great location with easy access to near by naples beaches, and only 15 minutes to downtown naples. The condo was well equiped with a wonderful lake and fountain view. It was only steps to the beautiful resort style pool boardered by palm trees to relax in the shade when the sun gets to hot. Golf and restaurants were all nearby and added to makeing our stay most enjoyable.
