Cozy townhouse in the center of MB, very homey, close to the beach and Kings Hwy, 5 minute walk to the beach, close to all main attractions and Broadway at the Beach, living room, kitchen, dining area and half bathroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, washer and dryer are upstairs. Sleep up to 6 guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 restroom downstairs. 2 Queen beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.
Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens provided.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire place to themselves, owner is not on premises.
1 parking spot in the back next to the house.
NO mailbox for this location.
Washer/dryer available in the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood with multiple residential units, close to the beach and the center of the city. Guests must keep the quiet time especially at night time and respect the neighbors

Getting Around:
You can walk or use car, bike or Uber to get around.

Other Things to Note:
*Must climb stairs to 2nd floor.
*Please review my house rules.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
