3rd Floor Condo, beautiful lake views. Park Shore Resort Has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Spa, BBQ grills, Tennis, Pickleball courts, Basketball & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples Famous Beaches. Wander around walkways & wood bridges directly to the tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you'll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there's on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort's prime location West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Great place to stay!

Very nice condo and very clean. Ideal location in Naples. No problems at all and all of our expectations were met or exceeded. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again.Josh, the property manager was always quick to respond to emails

Great getaway at Park Shore Resort

My sister and I just spent a week at Park Shore Resort. Our condo had everything that we needed for our getaway. The location was perfect for us. The resort was beautiful, well kept and very relaxing. The restaurant at the resort was fabulous - great food and wonderful staff. The communication with our host was so easy. Our host replied to our messages within a couple of hours and was so kind. I would recommend this condo at Park Shote Resort.

We checked out 3 days early. The master bedroom in the listing was large, with plenty of room, but when we arrived, a full/twin bunk bed had been crammed into the room right next to the master bed. While the condo WAS clean, it had a musty smell and the bedding felt damp. There was also a clicking sound at night coming from a plug-in Bell & Howell roach/pest deterrent. The padded elevator used to get up to the unit was fine by day, but dimly lit at night. Overall, not a great experience.”
