Välkommen till den bästa familjevänliga semesterbostaden i Summer Spell-komplexet. Vi ligger på första våningen tvärs över stranden !!!
Vår enhet var helt ombyggd med nytt badrum, säng, soffa, spis, köksbord, madrass och diskmaskin.

Inga trappor och precis vid poolens sida är grillplatsen cirka 15 meter från verandaen.
Mycket lätt tillgång till stranden !!!

Parkering det mycket nära dörren, vilket gör det enkelt att få bagage och groucery från yur bil.

A little get away

Very nice place.to stay. Met a lot of new people while here on vacation. Pool, hot tub and beach nearby made the stay even better. Will stay here again.

Great location

We had a great time! Had a minor set back with the air but the owner was very easy to get in contact with and had it fixed very quickly. Will be back to stay here again!!!

Very nice place!

Our stay was amazing. This condo complex is right across the street from Miramar Beach. The condo was very sufficient with everything we needed and right next to the pool, which was also very nice and clean. We will stay here again!

Great family vacation spot

Alex was great in responding to our questions. Location is perfectly located. Convient access to attractions without all the traffic on 98. Will definitely plan on using same rental on our next trip.

Awesome beach experience!

We booked a 4 night stay and had an awesome experience. Had a minor issue upon arriving, but reached out to the host who was very accommodating . A short walk across to the beach and the pool on the grounds was nice as well. We highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved this property. Alex did a great job communicating promptly! They have plenty of beach chairs to use and the condo was supplied with everything we needed. We’ve already booked our stay for next summer!

Great place

Great location in building-right outside from grill and pool-across street from beach. Perfect! Clean in condo and has everything I needed-including a crockpot! Owner had great communication and answered all questions I had.

Family friendly and short walk to the beach

Condo was exactly as advertised. Property owner was responsive and helpful getting building management to research and resolve Wi-Fi issues on our first day. Condo was close to some favorite Destin area restaurants and many fun things to do nearby or a short drive away.

Wonderful week

Loved the unit...nicely decorated....upgraded kitchen and bath...very nice walk in shower.......loved being on first floor....20 steps to pool with nice large hot tub..nice view off deck of pool and ocean....5 minutes to beach directly across street from condo facility....very quiet and relaxing....host/owner very responsive and easy to contact...would stay here again...

Experience

We went down for a few days to attend a twirl camp at destin middle school. The condo was only 10 minutes away and super convenient. The condo was clean. We will definitely book again if/when we return.

Great location!

The location is great for the beach access, and is within walking distance of restaurants, the winery, and souvenir shops. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus, too. The kitchen could use some new pots and pans, but is well-stocked otherwise. We did have another issue that was addressed, so I won’t go into details. Hopefully it’s completely resolved soon.

Not safe

We were not informed ahead of time that the building was not safe to occupy. The County posted a notice on the post and the building was condemned. We were scared that the roof would collapse on us. I have a pic of the notice and will be happy to share it with you.

Nice location and management, but not clean

I stayed here for one week. The management is great, location is amazing and very convenient. The only thing that my family and I didn’t like was how unclean the condo was. When we first arrived, there was a horrible stench of a wet dog, mainly in the bed room. There was hair on the blankets! The couch had some dog food on it. Everything else in the condo was fine. Later we contacted management and let him know about the issue. We clean the condo to try to remove the smell. And it did help, and the rest of our stay was fine. My family and I decided on the low rating because a clean place is one of our top priorities, and cleaning where we are supposed to stay is quiet inconvenient.

Close to the beach and other tourists

The room unit is located in a MDU (multiple dwelling unit) much like a motel. The bedroom is located next to an outer wall with a window where foot traffic for other residents is common. The bed was very stiff, if you're not used to hard beds a topper is advised. The bathroom was a good size for a single person and the shower water pressure was sub par. The kitchen looks brand new and was in great shape! It's also possible to exit out the back of the unit to a patio area, however it's not private to the unit but seems to serve a few others as well. It has a grill, but it's the style of grill you'd see at a campsite, charcoal/wood only. The swimming pool is just steps away from the patio! Although, with the ocean a few steps away from the pool...you can decide which you'd rather swim in. The beach is very crowded in the area of the condo and seems to be a popular place for public swimming and use too. The internet was down during our time there and we weren't able to have it repaired or checked. Luckily there's plenty to do in the Destin area. Overall a pretty nice place and location!
