- The studio apartment has a distribution of 57 m2, is located on the 10th floor of Zaya Hameni Tower in JVC, and has capacity for 3 people.
- Free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned. Spacious interior with modern decor and light-colored furniture.
- The sleeping area has a grey king-size bed dressed with fresh white linen and bed covers, as well as nightstands, colorful paintings, and built-in wardrobe covered with mirrors.
- Next to the sleeping area is a single-sofa bed, a coffee table, a grey rug, a smart TV.
- A dining room is also available, with a table and two chairs, located in front of the open kitchen.
- The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to large glass doors, giving access to a balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs. You can sip your morning coffee as you enjoy the greenery surrounding the complex.

In addition to the usual amenities such as fast elevators, secure entry, and dedicated parking, tenants also have access to a number of fun activities. There's a spa, an indoor pool for youngsters, and both an outdoor and indoor pool for adults. Al Khail Road is not far from the tower.

For parking in Zaya Hameni, residents can park in dedicated parking spots allocated to each unit. Each unit comes with at least one parking slot, with multiple parking spaces allotted to larger units. Visitors can find parking on the street.

Multiple high-speed elevators in Zaya Hameni are available to service the tower.

SECURITY, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES -
There are round the clock security personnel present in the building. Building security is also monitored through CCTV cameras. Additionally, an on-site maintenance crew is always present for repair and upkeep. DEWA provides utilities and district cooling for the project.

EVENT SPACE -
There is a barbecue area as well as a rooftop cinema where residents can host small get-togethers.

GYM AND FITNESS FACILITIES -
A well-equipped gym in Zaya Hameni is available for health-conscious residents. JVC is also designed with lush parks that offer walkways and jogging tracks.

The nearest bus stop to Zaya Hameni is outside Samer Park at a 2-minute walk. The Sandoval Lane Apartments bus stop is located at a 5-minute walk. Residents can also walk to the Season Community Autumn bus station in 8 minutes.
METRO STATIONS NEAR ZAYA HAMENI TOWER:
While there are many metro stations within a 15-minute drive, the closest is the First Abu Dhabi Bank station at 11 minutes. The Mall of Emirates station is located at an 11-minute drive as well. At a 14-minute drive is the Dubai Internet Metro Station 2.
TRAM STATIONS NEAR ZAYA HAMENI TOWER:
Trams are a popular way for residents to travel. The nearest tram stop is located in Knowledge Village 2 at a 13-minute drive. Other nearby stops include the Al Sufouhwhich is also located at 13 minutes by car. The Palm Jumeirah 1 tram stop is located at a 14-minute drive.
