Our home is in the heart of Granby Ranch just minutes from skiing, mountain biking, 3 world class golf courses, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Grand Lake. Our location offers year round activities for the whole family with views from the canyon to the continental divide!

Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 12 comfortably! We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a large family meal.
Our main level features our open concept kitchen/dining, main level family room with sectional, large TV, and fireplace. This space is perfect for curling up after a day of skiing and taking in the floor to ceiling views! Our dining area features a dining table with seating for 8 plus additional seating at the kitchen bar. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cook a large family meal! Step out onto our patio and enjoy a family meal at our large outdoor dining table with grill for your use.
The master bedroom completes this level with a large king size bed, a private deck, and 5 piece en-suite bathroom.
Our Lower level features a beautiful second family room with large sectional, a huge TV and a fireplace. Open the double doors to your private hot tub off the deck!
This level also offers a second king suite, a 3rd bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin XL, and a 4th bedroom with a twin XL over queen bunk and a twin XL over twin XL bunk.
Granby ranch offers skiing for the winter season, downhill mountain biking in the summer, and a golf course. There are also festivals all summer long at the base of the resort. You are also just minutes from both Grand Elk and Pole Creek golf courses. Winter Park is a short 15-minute drive down the road, with Grand Lake and the entry to Rocky Mountain National Park just 30 mins down the road!
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker). We also offer a large capacity washer and dryer for your use.

The Ranch House at Granby Ranch (5 minutes away by car) has a ping-pong table, foosball, and a fitness center with weights, treadmills, etc. Current rates for guests of Granby Ranch: $10 for a Day Pass per guest (kids 6 and under are free). Simply provide a copy of your reservation with the address showing.

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
